I ordered this charger (and lovin it) from Hank but forgot to get the spacers to charge 14500, anyone know a free shipping drop seller that sells appropriate spacers? I’m guessing these aren’t suitable, thanks!
If you buy something else of Hank (a product offers free shipping), you can write him an email or a PM to add the spacers and you will pay them with the rest of the order.
The magnets of Kaidomain will also work, but the size is 0,1cm. You need some more as ten for the charger.
Another option would be a thicker screw and you cut off the tip or you use some coins (I don’t know, if Australia has any copper coins?)

When LED is green and under charger still glows red means it’s charged? Or does the red glow underneath have to turn off aswell? Batteries can be hotswapped in these chargers? Or do I have to disconnect usb charger everytime? thx
Both LEDs have to turn green. But if only the one on the inside is glowing red, the cell is charged to about 95%.
Galaxy S3 needs only 1A, that’s not high current by today standards (2.1A is) It works fine, but it’ll charge a little bit slower than from wall charger.

love this charger too, got a white one now, 2nd white one on the way. seems to provide proper charging, therefore its my fav portable charger…
Sorry to bump up an old thread……………is this ML-102 suppose to be able to charge an iPhone 4S? I just receive this charger but it cannot charge my iPhone. When I plug in the cable from the charger (USB out) to my iPhone 4S, it glows bright blue and after ~5sec drops to a faint glowing blue. The iPhone did not display the charging logo. Have tried with different USB cable, can’t seem to work. I read that some charger needs a sense resistor on the ID pin to be able to charge an iPhone 4S, is that true?
It works fine charging up all my 18650 to ~4.214V though.
Flame, I can tell you it charges my 4s fine. In fact it is doing that right now.
Mine worked with my old iPhone 3GS, but I have not tested on my new iPhone 4 (don't own a 4S).

I’m not sure about the 4s but it did charge my 3g and it works fine with my new 5. Are you sure the battery is fully charged? Sounds like the voltage is lower than the required input.
I'll add that I have tested mine on the 3G, 4, 4S, and 5.
Ok. I think there’s something wrong with the charger. Wouldnt charge my MP3 & my wife’s Samsung phone too. I’ll try measuring whether there’s output with a multimeter later.
Whats the best 18650 battery to use with this charger?
Does it have a protection circuit, or should I use batteries with protection?
My EDC is one with a protected NCR18650B, which I purchased from Kumabear.
