Disappointingly Iāve had no response to my last two emails to Sabrina. There doesnāt appear to be any resolution available from Paypal this late in the day and Thrunite doesnāt seem to be making any offers to resend or repay those who havenāt received their orders. Anyone have any thoughts?

Iām very glad that ThruNite is stepping up and making this offer. Even though the first batch of missing flashlights may have been due to China Post or Canada Post, for many of us, this was our first experience ordering from ThruNite. I am now a lot more likely to order from them again and/or recommend them to others.
Iām going through the same thing you guys are going through. Funny thing though, the package is now with Canada customs as of this morning. Maybe check again?
Sabrina contacted me via email regarding a replacement for the defective flashlight and offered a refund or a replacement and for the replacement I was asked what version and color I wanted. So I asked for a Black 3/60. I figured the light was on āsaleā and as such you get what you get. This is amazing customer service and very pleasantly unexpected as Sabrina initiated this on her own and she even provided a tracking number for the replacement which should be arriving soon.
OK, so Germany, Canada and Vancouver received theirs today Good to know.
Anyway, I have emailed TN a few days ago. Theyāve told me they will resend it later.
Thanks Sabrina for following this thread and notifying me of the tracking status, its much above and beyond a $5 flashlight sale, so I appreciate it and your dedication to the promotion.

Some users in german flashlightforum got their Ti in the last days, too.
Here is a small survey, which I started there, because many users donāt received it (date of the survey start 19. July).
The german BLF members, who arenāt members of TLF (TaschenLampen-Forum) can take a look at it and notice, that they are not alone. Some people get it in time (like myself), more than 30% not. But some got their lights in the last days and one member wrote me, that he can track it now with DHL.de.
A week ago, he couldnāt (the DHL homepage show nothing). I hope most members, who wait for the Ti at the moment, get their lights in the next days
I received mine yesterday as well. Pink, 3 lumen. I was a bit disappointed that I got the pink, the only colour that I was specifically hoping not to get, but thankfully it isnāt a hot pink. I donāt know how to describe the colour reallyā¦ I guess that it is to pink what burnt orange is to orange. Does that make any sense?
The Tiās body feels like a Fenix E01, and its light output seems quite similar to a Fenix LD01 (with no Med setting). Iām not sure that the Tiās switch mechanism will prove to be quite as durable as either of the Fenix models, but it certainly is more convenient than the LD01 in terms of getting to the high setting. Just twist a bit more vs. twist on/off 3 times.
Thank you Sabrina, the replacement light arrived and it works perfectly. Switch is nice and smooth. The 3/60 lumens are a good brightness combination and this has become my primary EDC. I really didnāt expect a replacement and Iām impressed that ThruNite not only responds to messages on these forums but they follow through and genuinely want to make the customer happy.
