How much is taken off of the price don’t mean didly to me. It’s how much the total price is that counts. I know a guy here in the states that will sell SR90’s with an extra battery pack probably cheaper than most are selling a SR90 with just 1 battery pack. Ask rikr how much he paid for his with 2 battery packs that he bought from Shane?
Never a truer word spoken (or written). I always find the advertisements showing “70% off” - in fact these days even more ambiguous “up to …70% off” to be really amusing. Not interested in the discount, just interested in whether the price is a good one. To me, that’s what budget lights (or anything else) is all about - value for money, not any “huge” discount against an arbitrary, and often fictitious, manufacturer’s price.

Unless Shane has upped his price, he was selling the SR90 with 2 battery packs for right at $360 shipped. That’s what Rick paid for his. But that may be more now. But that is one heck of a deal when the extra battery pack alone is right at $100.
