I got my dx order today. Posted 28.11.2010 ! Sat in the china Po until 08.01.11. DX had no idea what happened to it. So far 5 orders. 2 okay, 2 very slow delivery. One had wrong product (smaller cheaper version) one had two defective products. Not so good and im not keen to use them again.
On dec.23-2010 I ordered two XM-L LED stars at DX in two orders.
The first one arrived two days ago. It was shipped as 'early' as jan.14 but I guess it was caught in the festival after all.
Today I received an envelope from 'SHENZEN NEST FOOD CO., LTD' stamped jan.19. I never have and never shall eat chinese birds nests so I was very curious to see what was inside. It was very light and narrow so it could only be a small food sample. 
Inside was the yellow envelope with my second XM-L from DX !
Thanks to 'SHENZEN NEST FOOD CO., LTD'. You used 5(whatever) stamp and made a new (and correct) address label to forward the package to me.
Good grief. It's a miracle they manage to ship anything.
I dont think I wanna order from DX anymore except for things I cant find anywhere else.

Yes, this has been the problem mix of christmas + chinese new year.
Understand that DX is the shop with more customers in the world. So imagine the huge amount of orders, cancelations, tickets etc...
Also their suppliers....
Well after almost 1 month, I received this email this morning.
"Dear customer
We sincerely apologize for the latest delay on responding CSE Tickets ,as the new year and Chinese spring festival holiday,we have backlog lots of email .
Due to the unstable market,apologies that your product 50512 is temporarily unavailable from our warehouse.
Would you like to login our website to research other similar items instead of the pending items as shipment ?if available,please kindly tell me the item sku number you picked.

It's too bad they have such a huge selection of items because their service is horrendous. On top of that, the website still isn't updated showing that the item is out of stock. Reminds me of Wal Mart.
i never purchase one， but my claseemate said that they really have a bad delivery system（maybe sth look like reasonable ). and they will never make a refund when you get sth in a big price，oppositely，they would reship you a new one if they think it‘s also have a good net profit.
Got an update. They said the item will ship in 2 - 3 days. How long do you guys guesstimate it will take to get from DX warehouse to Texas?
Placed an order for some batteries on Jan 18. They "Shipped" on the 26th. Origin/post/dispatch/Portee has not changed since Jan 29
Glad I dont have a pressing need at the moment. One heck of a price though

seriously though its not all dx fault. the hong kong PO collapsed and mail got delayed/ lost. Check out any big hong kong ebay seller they all get negative feedback in dec/ january/feb due to postal delays.
my issues with dx are about false advertising, wrong photo's, wrong/ broken products/ poor customer service no quality control etc...................

woohoo!! They partially shipped an order I made on Jan 27th! And with a tracking number. I hope the other two thirds of the order will also get a tracking number... (It deserves one on its own - more than 15$. The partial shipment is for about 6$ and got a tracking number. Strange.)
