Are there any Maha C9000-type Li-Ion chargers available?

I have a query for the bright & brainy budget battery bunch.

Is there a Lithium-Ion charger that is similar to the Maha C9000 NiMh charger available anywhere ?

The Maha unit offers 4 bays that can charge, cycle, break-in, and analyze NiMh cells at user-defined rates.

.

Does such a beast exist, or am I stuck with the choice of a (1) hobby charger or a (2) hobby charger ?

Thanks !

There was a good deal posted on the Lacrosse 700 a week or two ago…similar charger for half the price. I own a Maha fyi, before anyone gets their undies in a bunch…I know they’re not the same…but similar

Thanks, Dave - I was hoping for something just like that, but for 3.7v/4.2v rechargeables….

afaik, you’re stuck with hobby charger.

i’m not half the battery guru of even half the regulars here, so hopefully someone will prove me wrong…but I’ve searched extensively (admittedly…about 6 months ago) and couldn’t find a thing.

even my hobby charger (Bantam BC6DX-II) doesn’t fit the bill well (no cycling/break in, only measures one cell/pack)

i think there’s a huge market for this. I paid >150 for the bantam, and I’d pay that, begrudgingly, for a li-ion c9000 equivalent (if it had a great warranty).

No need to break-in, cycle or refresh Li-Ion cells anyway, but it certainly is nice to be able to keep an eye on things with a nice readout.

ETA: I use a hobby charger myself, but it certainly would be nice to have a C9000 style Li-Ion charger. Really nice. I don’t really understand why no-one has made one yet, because I’m certain there would be a market for them.

Don’t think there is such a beast. I track the health of my Li ion’s by checking voltage, run times & self discharge (& age).

Cycling li-ion’s is not good for their health, and break-in is impossible with that type of chemistry too.
You can get a 4-channel hobby charger if you need to do stuff with 4 cells at once, something like this:

or this:
