The switch is in the head, that is much better for me than in the tailcap.
I got two king kong INR 26650s today pre charged to 40, since my charger can only take 1 cell i tossed one in it, and ran some current tests with the other one, on a cyclone c88 i got 0.08, 0.58 and 1.95 amps, about the same as the eneloops, so i’m hoping in 5 hours when the other one is charged it can do better. I was hoping it would put out 2.8amps on full at 40 charge, i wonder at what percent charge the current starts falling.

The cyclone with fully charged battery still is below spec, 0.11, 0.75 and 2.44 on high, d’oh!!!
Why keep testing 7135 drivers, they are what they supposed to be. You multimeter + leads have resistance.
but others with multimeters and leads get values that match what they should be reading.
I replied to your thread. You need a very good 18650 cell, thick leads, then you can call it a problem or not.
I’ve measures over 4 amps on the same multimeter on a multiple parallel NiMH project earlier this year

My SmallSun ZY-T13 arrived today but since no one was able to answer the door and sign for it, the mailman left me a yellow slip instead. Boo!!!
At least it will be there for me tomorrow when I get home from the hospital. Help keep my mind off my pain.
