RE: I am not going to use them, I didn’t test them I just took a few pictures thats all.

I use them, they are still usable thanks to low resistance chemistry. just small capacity.

Good to know PP helped you with your case
On the other hand, next time ask us  I have seen dozen of stuff named same way (i.e. Original, genuine, etc.). You need to understand that most of those online stores don’t know/see the difference between good and bad items (cells/batts, etc.). As someone said before, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, it’s a budget lottery
Welcome to BLF

Xtar sucks. I recently purchased both a WP6II and a MP1S since they had done well in reviews. My WP6II will say they are done at 4.11 volts and then if I put it back in it will just keep on charging it. I tested it and it went all the way up to 4.3 until I stopped the test. My MP1S stops charging at 4.09 and then just refuses to continue charging. I had thought these would be good chargers to replace my Intellicharge I4 but they suck and I will continue to use the I4.

Looks original. Bestvaping is definitely a good company to deal with, the disadvantage is you have to wait for an invoice. If you're in the US you can order it from lighthound and get it much quicker.

I got them from HIDCanada, I doubt they are fake. I think Xtar just isn't that great.

I don't have an Xtar charger so I can't comment but my experience with Xtar flashlights (several) and batteries (only purchased their 18700's) has been nothing short of spectacular. I will freely acknowledge that a trusted manufacturer/seller can poop a stinker - although uncommon, I've received pure trash from Solarforce on more than one occasion but my affection for the brand remains, and is justified. So it is with Xtar as well.

I would agree with you foy but 2 out of 2 isn't very good odds...

I agree. If I was two for two with a company, they wouldn't see much more of Foy.

Actually, I can be pretty brutal after even one bad experience. I'm certain there are fantastic Sky Ray flashlights and I have witnessed many enthusiastic owners. But because my one and only purchase (818/triple T6) was one step above a train wreck, I haven't clicked a Sky Ray link since. Apparently, I got the wrong version but I'm not willing to try again.

I totally understand.

Just filed a pp dispute with lightmall too,

bought led driver over a month, no nothing & no response to cobtacs

Oh wow . . . you know what? I just remembered; the Sky Ray disaster I spoke of above, I bought it from Lightmalls. Completely forgot until now. Not trying to pile on but, I've gotten a lot better for $57.

Yep, Foy is definitely on board with the OP.

I have purchased an Ultrafire C8 U2 from lightmalls.com, and what I got was definitely not fake. The quality of the product was amazing for that price, and also the driver did pull over 3 amps, so there would have been over 1000 lumens being put out.

Just read my review of that light.

I contacted them and said “it is your mistake” pay the shipping cost I will send all crap fake items you sent me back, but they declined, and they said “you paid the price of cheap version you have to pay more for original…” so I said I do not care about fake bateries you sent me I don’t have problem with them, ship me original Z5 with registered mail (the one that you can see pictures in their website) I will send that amount to your PayPal when I get the real item, they already declined that too.

Ok, their shipping was fast, just 10 days. Very fast honestly!

I also ordered 2 x Ultrafire 502B from them before this happened and I liked the items!
No problems! I am happy with that order.
I got what I saw in the pictures! It draws 1.3A (maybe because of my old batteries taken from laptop) but it is not important , it already gets really hot!

Honesty is the best policy especially in business trade e-commerce etc.!

I want to get what I see in the pictures, I want to get products as advertised!

They say it is original, they put in their website pictures of original items but they send fakes! And they do not accept their mistake! If I was happy with my first order probably I would place many more orders from them.

Finally, let’s say I am wrong official UltraFire website can’t be wrong:
http://www.ultrafire-shop.net/page3.php

I bought an Sipik 68, an UltraFre SK68 clone and a Smiling Shark AA zoomie with square knurling from them and like all of them so much I ordered more.
The SS has a moving pill, but the screw ring has fins on it, and I like it cause it is so odd. I added heat sink goo and use only AAs in it. All dim out gracefully over a couple of hours time, so you never get stuck in complete dark, like old flashlights did.

I am trying to remember to avoid Lightmalls, but I am not so sure about ultrafire-shop either. There list includes sites that we like better than we like them. As far as I can tell, UltraFire is about the same as no brand name, so what is a fake UltraFire? They didn’t bother to pay $0.001 to use the name?

I have ordered directly from Ultrafire-shop.net and there is a very large difference in quality of the product. I believe they are the original Ultrafire as I too have done some research. If you by Ultrafire anywhere else it is likely to be fake.

Sorry for dragging up an old topic

Remember the SRK disputes I had?
two vendors were really bad in these cases.
Not responding to questons before the dispute was started
They said they would put me on the blacklist
They claimed the emitters to be Cree despite the clear pics.

Both used the name Jack
This seemed odd, Jack could not be a very common name in China

And just now I recieve tow messages in AliExpress, from these two vendors, the same body text

So I wanted to warn, but found this old thread already warning, so thought it would be better to just add it here.
