What's the matter with exduct?

It’s strange that exduct have the same knives in “Special Limited Products” since May, they don’t update!!!. The tickets can’t be done because if you open a ticket when you push the buton submit nothing occurs. And for the last, the book knives isn’t updated since May.

What’s the matter with exduct?

I haven’t had any problems ordering from Exduct. I just received a knife yesterday that I ordered 2 weeks ago.

Could this be an issue with your browser?

Regarding updating since May…maybe nothing has changed since May?

Hhahah, I notice that too. I check everyday to see if it will get updated.

I wont a 20$ gift card a while ago and didnt get a chance to spend it yet.

I’m not speaking about order problems, i speak about:

- “Special Limited Products” not updated since May

- You can’t open a ticket

  • Book knives not update from May (i wrote a review and it wasn’t published)

You spoke too soon. Things have been restocked and they added a few things, including the EM01 (Mini EL-01, sans flipper)

There is SP-H03 that is the only legal knife to carry in France. (No locking mechanisms except friction lock that means that French products like Opinel knives are illegal to carry. Well it is a bit more complicated because there are exceptions for example if you go hunting or camping).
Exduct also received Enlan EL04MCT (SP-EL04MCT US$12.75).

I was waiting for those two knives.
