I just wanted to say how brilliant I’m finding my Trustfire Z8. I bought it totally on a whim after reading JohnnyMac’s excellent review of it.
All I can say is - WOW!!!
I love this little light. So compact, so nice in the hand and looks brilliant. A better memory mode and no strobe would be nice and it’s taken me a while to acclimatise to the coolness of the tint.
But the light it puts out is just so darn useful. Lovely and even with no glaring hot spot. It truly is an even wall of light. For around the house, under a vehicle or closer quarters out door work it’s perfectly ideal for all of my illumination needs. And all this just in the flood setting.
It’s not much of a thrower, but the zoom ability does extend it’s throw ability by some margin.
I like it so much I’m tempted to buy a 2nd just in case…
