Out of my collection these are my most used......Im hoping to edc the Aurora SH34 whenever it gets here and i just put an order in for the Solarforce L2m 2009 model from SBFlashlights. Each light as a purpose and that is to light up the surrounding darkness....lol.
Yes it is.......takes cr123's or 3.2 volt rcr's. I was edcing that light for a long time and it has never let me down whenever i needed to light something up.
And therefore are the ones i use most. There's also a Tank007 TK703 which is currently in the guts of my washing machine that currently isn't working. I'll try to get parts tomorrow before (probably) having to buy a new one.
I like them a lot. Of all of them the SH-034 is my favourite with the SH-032 second. It is a really nicely made light which puts out a seriously respectable amount of light and feels very nice in the hand. Stainless steel is also very good at removing odours from your hands. Chop an onion then handle a stainless light and the onion smell will be gone. The Trustfire is nice but rather big for an AA light.
Will do. Sounds like it might be very good though not the brightest thing ever. Not that this really matters. This comment sounds very good. Hopefully mine (well, Ronnie's actually) will arrive soon.
There is that - but I do like bright. I'll certainly be fair with it when it arrives, like you say brightness isn't everything or I'd have given about a million stars to the Piritlight here.
The ability to give light when you want it to is also extremely important. And it really doesn't matter how much if you really need light - I do EDC a Fenix E01 on one of my keyrings. I have AAA lights on all of my keyrings and a Tank007 TK-703 in my pockets usually.
When it comes to lights we all should own at least 2-3 lights that are awed by people.....i know i have a couple that i like to take with me when we walk the beach at night with the kids. Im hoping and waiting for the light to come in for your review, it seems that it would make a wonderful indoor light.
I have two 6D ROPs in the car for that. But handily portable they aren't. And a bag full of lights that usually lives in the trunk of the car. Currently in my living room as I'm pulling them out for the troubleshooting and maintenance thread. Must dig out my first bright light as it gave quite a bit of trouble in its time - the famous Golston 7W light.
