First time DinoDirect purchase

I ordered a couple flashlights, a tank007 e08 and e09 on the 31st of Aug. Received notice of shipping on the 3rd of Sept. It came in the mail today the 13th. I was a little worried when I ordered them,but they came thru really fast. I am pleased. So +1 for DinoDirect.

Thanks for sharing your positive shopping experience with DD. I have very good experience with them too .. 1) they do fix problems with your shipment if anything is wrong with it, 2) they often have great prices and discount codes on some products (next up, Thanksgiving and Black Friday!), 3) the way they represent themselves (DD warehouse video, website design, DD-branded merchandise, website functionality, pre-ship photos, etc.) has a warm "personal touch" and creates a unique fun friendly shopping atmosphere. Either one likes it, or makes fun of it.

I ordered my 7th copy of the e09 days ago, and it is not shipped yet. Oh well.

ordered some protected 14500 TrustFire Flames. Received 18650s. I went on chat, they said the item has been "upgraded"... NOT. They pretend to not understand that 14500 and 18650 refer to DIFFERENT SIZES, insisting that what I got was an upgrade... NOT. If they want to randomly replace things, a bottle of Vodka is an upgrade. A TFF 18650 is NOT AN UPGRADE! So out of this last order of 4 items, I received 1 correct item, 2 wrong items, and the last item is still missing or in-transit. Their chat rep refuses to acknowledge there is any problem at all. this was a partial giftcard order, so no paypal recourse here. A TFF 18650 is NOT AN UPGRADE over 14500! How can you argue with this?

I have 2 shipments on the way myself, the e-mail with the preview picture of my second shipment with my Sunwayman C20C contained interestingly enough no picture…
