I ordered 5 Ti’s on 10/2, and contacted ThruNite last week to see if they would honor the sale pricing. No refund or store credit. Disappointing as a first time customer, but good to know before I start my holiday spending spree.
I made three orders for these Ti lights, each a week apart. I've received the second and third orders, but the first, while seemingly shipped, seems to have gone AWOL.
She traded me a Red $3.50 coast Mini -tac 5mm light for a green Thrunite Ti....She used that old worn out excuse that her boney little fingers couldn't press that little forward clicky ..I expect next year she'll be wanting a Sunwayman vr10.
Received my four missing Ti lights today . Also an email from Thrunite apologizing for my inconvenience and stating that they would send me four Ti lights . I hastily replied that the order had in fact been completed and not to send more lights . I hope that they received the email before they send me the lights .
I am impressed with the courteous and swift response from Thrunite and ' the customer is always right ' attitude on this occasion .
Got my first (of 3 ordered) buddle yesterday, will put two pink ones and one blue aside as christmas gift for my kids.
They often borrow my golden Ti, even the smallest one likes to play with it, she’s two years in January…
Perfect light for the kids, extremely simple UI, bright for its size but not so I’ll have to worry that they will damage their eyes while looking into it…
What email are you using to contact them? I've emailed them twice about mine that was shipped Sept 13. Postal people seem to have lost it in LA on the 15th. But no response at all from Thrunite.
My buddle arrived yesterday morning, and I just checked them over - all OK, though one or two needed a clean & bit of lub.
Had a bit of a surprise when I noticed the green one box said firefly 0.04 lm, then I remembered someone else found the same - the sticker “3” had come adrift, and I found it on the back of the box.
