My problem is i don't want to sign in make an account get a password ..i am the guy with a fist full of cash .. seems like the rest of the world knows how to deal with that ..I think china is just a country that has bartered and traded so long on the streets for everything ,,, they have no idea how to do anything easily .. if they don't have to fight you for the last dime .. they feel like that need that time to consider how to squeeze a dime out of a nickle..I just don't get it ...The first person in china to knock it off wins everyones business ..Why if DX is doing so well are they trying to self -destruct their business by alienating their customers ?

They returned to being pretty fast now.

One order from two weeks ago took three days to ship, and another order I made two days ago is already in packing.

Last week, ordered on tuesday, packaging un wednesday and shipped on friday

This week, ordered on tuesday too, packaging on wednesday and still not shipped but I can see tracking number

Maybe so, but the order I placed on JAN 19th still isn't here and I can't find anything on their website about my order. Not cool.

DX is Good, Bad and Ugly.

DX is good .. because of the price of some products is good. Shipping is Free .. yeah. Ships Worldwide cool!!

DX is bad ..bcoz they dont remove old products, keep selling multiple sku, keep selling stuff that people dont want to buy but still end up buying.

DX is ugly bcoz.. they dont like customers to be happy in the end, they just want customers whatever they come from. Far west .. Far North, Far South. its not their doing if customer end up happy about product.. just bcoz he paid less.

I just sent a longest ever mail to DX Support Staff. I mean literally.after, They sent me the most stupid reply ever in histroy. Dont know they can understand my good english. bcoz their english sucks. I asked them to adjust my DX Store Credit, and even after 5 replies this lady "Venessa" dont understand. I asked them about a 18650 light and She replied with sku.18650. Why in the God's name she do that. Just why. Who will ever .. I mean ever buy that stupid watch.

I am pretty sure DX staff use Good Translater to read our tickets, so guys be warned now. the truth get lost in translation so make your you use the words that they understand I mean Google Translater .. so dont you dare mis-spel like these that I have just done.

I just hope they fix two things before the end of century.. stop selling bad quality chinese products and start replying to loyal Customers in a day rather than in a week time.

I hate DX's policies regarding refunds , the scamming 'in stock' tactics , the latest delay to ship .Today only buy there when they have something which nobody have. Saying that I like his CS's people and his solutions when two or three problems arise , they refund 7 over a 14 torch for the driver which went poof, I got free an AK47 and 50 grs of solder paste over that...recently they sent another emitter over a claim of wrong bin. All with not hassle since i have little patience , keep the wording simple , go straight to the matter and the key, give many many thanks always... I know I'm a 'budget' 'cheap' customer and my claims don't involve too much money otherwise the feedback could be the opposite..

Had an order pending since 20th of January. It was part of a larger order, that was shipped and arrived at my house.

Since I needed the item for Carnaval(Carnival?), I no longer needed it. And lots of people at the forums were complaining about the item not shipping.

Made a refund request/cancel order on Thursday night, and got the funds today.

Every month their shipping is more and more slowly

I ordered 5 each of the plastic protective cases and other than them taking forever to get here (48 days) my protected trustfire 18650's and 16340's fit just fine.

I also ordered 5 of these but they were not part of this shipment. So that's 48 days and counting for these waterproof cases. Frown

Great minds think alike and their orders ends up on the exact same slow ass boat.

I wondered about that also with those little plastic darts but until something actually happens--I'll leave it alone. If something does happen the I'll cut them out with an exacto knife or melt them down.

I have an UltraFire WF-139 and it works great but my protected 18650's are a little bit too tight for comfort so I use my Pila IBC most of the time. One thing I've learned about Li-ion batteries and charging is that no matter how good the charger is--you never leave them alone at home while they are still charging. Better safe than sorry.

If you are needing to charge 4 at a time your only real options are either a hobby charger or a pair of two-cell chargers. Or the XTAR WP6 but it isn't exactly a budget device last time I looked. The two-cell (Or 6-cell) chargers are a lot less flexible but much more convenient.

You can get 18650 holders from Virtual Village but they are too long and need one or two 2mm magnets even with my longest protected cells. I've no idea what sort of cells they were originally designed to hold

BTW, I got those waterproof battery cases from DX earlier today and they are very nice. I only had to wait 49 days.

I've purchased from DX multiple times and have had to rma an ultrafire 502b, trustfire tr1200,and an mte sf-15. the return process have always been long and communication can be difficult. otherwise they have great prices and a big selection of products.

Another DX package arrived today. I order the good flame 18650, some cheap holsters and 3 butan lighter. Chinapost needs 22 days. This is ok.

After opening I was a little bit confused - six red bubble foil [ I don't know the correct english word for it] packages. In the past the batteries were never packed in foil. Everything is in perfect conditions

Apparently DX is starting to ship enough fast, sadly for my case through CP which reach my country in many more days than HKP...a week ago I made four orders around three item each, two from DX and two from KD ...

I have four RA code registered packets which 'left' and 'outward' yesterday, lets see who win this race...

Also both postal services seem very efficient as all is sent...or they lie?
