Why the price difference between these identical batteries from KD?

TrustFire 18650 3.7V Li-ion 2400mAh Batterie With PCB (2 PCS) for $13.53

Trustfire 18650 3.7V 2400mAh Rechargeable Battery (Pair) $10.73

I requested they price match (give me a credit) the much lower cost for these two items found at DX. They did not respond, And they changed the picture on their site of so it longer matches the identical battery at DX. I'm still waiting for my order from KD, day 14.

The first one looks to be the Protected version while the second one is not protected.

DX and a lot of other places do the same thing ! , its called fishing ... Some one will bite !

+ It makes the lower price look better , does it not .

Ive seen $15 Flashlights [ average price ] being sold for $35 , by the same vendor , for the above reasons .. If some one wants to pay more ? Let them .

[ Assuming its the same item ] Protected - Not Protected ? Hard to tell from the pictures ....

The image looked like this http://www.dealextreme.com/p/trustfire-protected-18650-lithium-battery-2400mah-2-pack-gray-5776 this when I bought it, Now it has changed to the current image of the battery with the flames on the side.

Before I bought both sets of batteries from KD, I searched for the exact same (identical image and description) batteries from DX so that I could get a price match credit with no questionable difference in comparing products. I email them, then a week later they change the image so that it no longer is the same image found on DX.

I went with Kd rather than the cheaper DX because they are currently known to sometimes ship quicker than DX.
