How did we do? (FastTech.com)

Hi Everybody,

This is Jasmine from the new store FastTech.com. As a few BLF members has placed some orders with us a week back, I’m reaching out here to check on how everything went for those who ordered.

We’re committed to customer satisfaction. Please post here if you have ordered something and let us know if everything is all right, or if something needs to be improved upon.

Thanks! Smile

I ordered 2 times (first order 25. Nov, second order a few minutes ago). Everything works fine until now. Fast responding service (have contact to Kyle) on the homepage and in forums (my first contact was on CPF), good working homepage, tracking is included and it works (try it with the first order).

If the products arrived well – you will be one of my favorite shops for the future Smile

Light up the darkness.

I had to partial cancel 1 item from a pending order. Fastech.com processed a refund in
my PP account within 1 hour. Unexpected and a stumbling block for many big vendors that
offer little as far service…

Thanks FT and looking forward to my order

I didn't order any flashlights but 2 iPad covers.  Shipping was fast and got them in 9 days to Canada which was a huge surprise.  Will definately deal with you again.

As far as I know I was the first to introduce your site to BLF about two weeks ago.

I placed two orders, the first arrived at my location in California in 8 days after I placed my order. The second order arrived in just FIVE days!

Everything was well-packed and in good condition. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough cells to test all my lights!

Great prices, great service.

Thank you fasttech.com!

My name is indy, and I've been a flashaholic since 2004.

So far, the site is stellar. I have never seen a China site so well done.

Crossing fingers.

Good to have you here, Jasmine @ Fasttech. Indeed, for the website, the layout is well done. Cross-linking between similar products is a new feature, which I find to my liking.

Got some orders on capacitor/resistor sets and some other "test" orders. Hope everything goes well.

I have also made an order last week. The ordering process was fast and reliable. The added tracking number was just 0.18 USD.

BTW, I love the detail and elegance of the product photographs. I’m an upper amateur in photography and I can say I’m attracted.

I ordered the FandyFire UV-S5 (SkyRay King-alike) on 24th Nov and received it on 3rd Dec. Excellent service and very competitive prices.

So far, so awesome!

I ordered several cells on the 23rd and they should be delivered today at the house according to the tracking info.  If they turn up being genuine Trustfire cells I'll let you know.

The prices are good for certain Items. I made my order on the 22nd and 23rd of November, still have not received it. Customer service response is excellent.

True.  Some of the prices are unbeatable but others aren't impressive at all.  Overall they prices are good, the specs try to be as accurate as possible, the site is a pleasure to navigate, and shipping and response it great.  All I'd like to see is their selection grow a little in the flashlight torch and DIY area but I'm sure that will happen in time.

Well said JohnnyMac some things I forgot to say. They have the best site bar none.

Can you offer a few items for a X-Mas special for BLF? Flashlights, battery chargers and batteries come to mind. Thank you.

I ordered Thursday 29th November, as explained in the other thread, they had an order explosion that night so it only shipped yesterday, I’ve not had a confirmation email yet, but do have a site based tracking number, it didn’t work this morning, but that seems pretty normal with chins orders – system takes a little while to update.

Over all I’m so far happy, if the order arrives before Christmas I’ll be amazed, given how crazy the post gets at this time, if it arrives after Christmas, I’ll be happy as this is what I would expect at this time of year.

The race is on between the light and cells and the driver, emitter and 7135’s that’s destined for it.

The price for the trustfire t2 was the cheapest I’ve found at $17 if my memories not failing which is why I ordered, along with some protected Samsung cells. Smile

If you did this deal at $19.99 (Sysmax/Nitecore Intelli charger) or even a dollar cheaper at $18.99 and a few more items at a discount your website would be flooded with sales, but time is running out for X-Mas shopping! BLF is growing everyday with new members. Please help us to help you.

You should start selling some of the better budget Chinese knives like Sanrenmu, Enlan, Navy, Ganzo, Bee, Land, etc.

I would be more than happy to provide a short list of some of the better knives that are known good sellers. If you only carried a few dozen models, it would be a big sales boost as long as you picked the right knives and priced them right.

We’re going to work on the a few things suggested above today, like the intelli4 and the knives.

Thanks everyone! Please keep comments coming. We also like to hear complaints (believe it or not 0:) ) so we can improve on things. Thanks agan!
