How did we do? (FastTech.com)

Dang, I swear you said you did. Well, would you assume the 26650's are genuine since the 14500's and 18650's appear to be? Also, I didn't realize the TF 18650 3000's were on the long side. I guess they've always been this long?

JM - How long did it take from order to delivery?

-Garry

As I recall hearing from others, yes. They are a little longer than the 2400 flames, especially with the protection circuit.

Interested to hear about 3000´s capacities and even more, max. Amp capability…
…if possible, that is

Unfortunately the one thing (ok, one of several things) I don’t have yet is a good hobby charger for cycling cells and measuring capacity. I’m pretty sure that HJK or someone else here has already tested them. IIRC it’s around 2500-2600 real capacity.

I’ve just ordered some Samsung 18650s (6) to see how they compare. I do have a hobby charger and I will confirm if they are real or not when they get here.

Hmm, I think I should order a third set some time…

First set of mine (from Manafont) were pretty good. Almost 2400 cap and GOOD capability to give current, well over 4A.

Second set had less capacity, than regular TF Flame 2400´s, they also gave current worse than any other batts I got :frowning:

Maybe I should try again…

Planning to do the same :stuck_out_tongue:

DIY componentry and other such popular gadgets that has a bunch of reviews and stars associated with said items and just carry all of them. H) Same goes for stuff on Manafont, Kaidomain, CNQ, Intl’ Outdoor (not so much, they’re my second favorite right now as they really try to do things right and that’s why I send them business too) and Dino-Direct for starters. Plus others. I mean this will just cut to the chase. Then that’ll also force them to spruce up their sites, photos, descriptions, customer service (in some rare cases it’s fine-enuff as is), and most of all delivery speed to get to the obvious higher-bar you’ve established here. Then everybody wins because everybody has to improve and keep improving. This is how life works in the major retail leagues. It’s challenging but it works.

Competition is the best leverage-improvement incentive tool ever devised for business as originally conceived, implemented, and continuously supervised by your ultimate bosses, John Q. Public Buyers. :open_mouth:  :money_mouth_face:

’Course the personal one-on-one feedback you’re getting here is well just priceless really.

I placed an order for UV-S5, but cocked up the order thingy, so it thought I wanted 3 not 1!!
Totally my fault but wouldn’t let me reset for some odd reason, unless that too was something else down to me(VERY likely!!).
I contacted Fasttech and was blown away by the awsome quick response and helpful manner in which it was dealt with and sorted.
It is by far and away the best service I have received from a site of this nature, or any other come to that, so f/t are assured of my future orders.

Ordered Fandyfire UV-S5 and TF Cree XM-L 3800lm as separate orders on Nov 30th. Got emails with tracking no. on Dec 3th for both shipments. Let see how long it will take for these to reach Finland.

Fantastic site, great prices and absolutely great site layout.

Just wished Fasttech would have also Blackshadow stuff available

I run 3k’s in my Dry and on DD they will pull 5.4a for a short period of time then drop…great cells through and through…max capacity is around 2500-2600mah as i’ve seen tested…real world use they go for a long time…

That’s good to know. Thanks!

yeah man…they drop fast though which is a good thing…by the time my daughter got a good pic it was already down to 5.0a…she was 8 though so it took awhile lol…

Some other great chargers, which could be promoted (it would be great, if you can offer an EU charger version - not only the US Version with an EU plug) :

- XTAR WP2 II

  • Efest BIO Charger

I hear you… but maybe there’s a little ebb in the tide hopefully

“We are the manufacture of Ultrafire collection, and here declare that we had not manufactured over 3000mAh above for #18650 rechargeable…” “Official” Ultrafire website: WhaFat Technological Co.,Ltd

and from another website (google/bing translation) for what its worth (makes some sense though):

“UltraFire trademark applications for registration and corporate Lu Shuying Hong Kong, subsidiary Shenzhen Huafa Technology Ltd company name. Company’s official site http://www.ultrafire.net the domestic application of the trademark had not entirely approving, without legal protection, so now the manufacturers are in the use of its trademark, and why online flashlight, batteries, UF everywhere, why prices vary.”

Ultra-fire never was able to brand✔ the name (it seems)

We understand that here at BLF… “UF everywhere” (Ultra-fire everywhere)…

For what it’s worth.

But I get you poster… whenwas the last time we saw a company that said, “hey, that’s not 92 octane you’re putting in your tank…”

I like fasttechs descriptions for the batteries……. many of them have disclaimers for lower mAh… good job fasttech!

with quick minds here and fast ordering fingers too. 8)

Oh, they seem to have Pop-Lite Headlamps in stock:
