The last campaign it was $2 insured airmail for the whole package. I was initially charged $2 for each item, but the extra shipping charges were refunded.

For the First cash back offer, I was charged $10 for 5 items.

For the Second cash back offer, i was charged $4 for 2 Items.

Each member of BLF is allowed to claim cash back for any two items above, once only (no two of same item). For example, if you purchased 1 x 503B Tube, 1 x T6 drop-in, and 2 x U20, you would be only entitled to claim the cash back for 1 x T6 drop-in and 1 x U20.

And Jim, please, when you post again cashback, try to answer the same day in case we have questions. Now I can't buy XML because you haven't answered questions and no more dropins left Too bad.

And I think that the best form to do these cashback is buying from the web. Better for you (no ebay fees) and better for us (no +$2 for shipping). You only need to say what items you offer and how much. And every user will post here what he bought. And if someone buy 2 same items, you will sell 2, but only one with cashback offer. My 2 cents.

UPDATE: we can also create 2nd post (admin can edit it) with items and who bought them. For example:

Item1 - Ultrafire U20 x10

Users: xxx, yyy, uuu (10 units with offer, 3 users bought it, so 10-3=7)

Item2 - XML drop-in x6

Users: 111, 222 (6-2=4 units left)

i see where youre coming from. noticed that 2 people bought 2 each of the xml. i was tempted to buy it earlier even though i have'nt been here 3 months coz of the good price. i guess on the business side of it, all 10 units sold. but yeah there has to be a better way to get it to BLF members coz ne1 could have purchased it.

I think "shipping from outside the US" is just their way of saying it isn't shipping from within the US. It's $2 for everyone.

I'm sorry for the confusion.

Let me clarify, there is a typo in the date. the correct is 21-Jan-2011. I have made the correction already.

For shipping, it is $2, you get Registered Air Mail. I'm afraid that Registered Air Mail is sort of compulsory on ebay. The excessive shipping fee will be Cash Back to you if you have purchased two items or more.

Just like what brted said, the shipping fee is for everyone, everywhere. Not location based. (Thanks Brted!)

And thank you Sashix for your suggestion. I'm sorry that I couldn't clarify the confusion the same day, we started this campaign very late in our timezone, because we wanted to make sure it would be daytime for the majority of BLF members, for we have learnt the lesson from the "You snooze, You lose" problem from the last compaign.

OK, Jim. But this way (I mean ebay) people still buy more than one of the same item (happened this time and in old cashbacks also). And that items could buy other ebay users that are not registered @ BLF. They will not receive cashback, and we will have 1 (or more) items less for BLF members. I think that doing it that way (I've told you in my las message) will be much better.
