These batteries are significantly below the rated capacity.
There is a signifant capacity difference between the two batteries and the protection prevents doing a full 2A trace.
The protection is at a low value on this battery, it might be a good value to protect the battery and user, but when playing with some high power lights it is a little low.
Conclusion
Looking at one battery, it works well up to my 1A trace, but the capacity difference between the batteries is not good and with the low capacity, I will only rate the battery as acceptable for a cheap battery.
H, can you sort your list by type (10440, 16340, 14500, 18650… and then by brand if you want) and not only by brand? You can also add one line (with no data) just for cleaner look. Thanks.
Why? It requires a lot of work and makes the name part of the list look unordered!
I have done it and it includes all lists, it makes it easier to compare batteries of the same size. In windows you might need to press F5 to refresh the graphic. But I am not going to add a blank line, that would require a lot of changes in my script.
It’s OK with 18650 - almost all your tested cells. But when I need a, lets say, 14500 cell review, IMO, would be much easier to compare 2 or 3 14500’s you’ve tested when they are in order (I mean, 1,2,3) and not AW 14500, then, 10 places later Eagletac 14500… (just an example). When I see first one, and while I search for the other one, I forget everything, because I need to read other brands and types, etc
I don’t wanna say you need to create a stat list for every type, but (again, IMHO) it will be much easier when you have dozen and dozen bars. You sort them by size/type, and then by brand too.
i.e.:
TF 10440 UF 10440
(blank line as separator) AW 14500 ET 14500 TF 14500 UF 14500
(blank line as separator) AW 16360
…
If you have new 14500 review, you just insert another line in 14500 category. Actually, you will need to order them only once, then if the new brand starts with “B”, you just inserts it between “A” and “C”. Logical :bigsmile:

I got about 600-650mAh from my recent Trusfire blue 14500s at 0.7-1A (I’ve not tested at lower current because about 0.7A is what my application uses them at).
Some year-old Flame models have given me about 750-780mAh @1A.
They all have holograms and are assumed genuine because of that.
