Just ordered a TR-J18 and the FandyFire UV-S5, and 2 TrustFire 26650 4000mAh’s, using GOTECH coupon code. Great prices!! Biggest lights I have now are the Crelant 7G9 and the FandyFire STL-V2, so this will be a step up.

i also ordered the same things as you… love that TR-J18 it’s really bright… the catch is, you have to use the extension that came with it to see the full potential of that light ( hint: it’s brighter than Fandy fire UV-S5) :bigsmile:

Well I ordered a pair of TF Flame 26650’s (can not beat that price!) and this 2 mode 17mm driver. I can’t make any promises on when I can get around to testing it and reporting back on current draws though. -Garry

do you know if this driver support 3 XML -T6 leds?

I have no idea. I wouldn’t expect to drive 3 with it. If you could, they would each be driven at 1/3 the total output I believe. You’d probably want something like this, but I don’t know your intended input voltage.

I just put up a poll for the US addresses to see how quickly goods are received from ePacket and others… wondering now how suppliers like fasttech (and others) do around the globe?

Oh - thanks! Guess I have to order another pair of 26650's to have 3 for the best power? I got King Kong's but they are unprotected, used for single cell lights. Should order the TrustFire 3000 flames (2500-2600) for the UV-S5 anyway, great price on those as well. I got a bunch of protected 18650's, but up to 2 of the same kind. I do have 4 EagleTac 3100's, but using 3 of them in the 7G9.

When I ordered my TN31 from thrunite-store it came from HongKong via DHL.
Order Placed November 22nd 11:29 GMT
Shipment picked up November 24th 21:26 GMT
Delivered on November 26 13:30 GMT

When I order from DealExtreme stuff usually takes 6 weeks.

Lots of stuff comes via chinapost and the tracking simply doesn’t work BUT stuff via ebay has recently been taking about 2 weeks.

It looks as if you would need to pull off the circuit and attach it to your battery in order for it to work.
