I checked with Hank Wang at Intl-Outdoor when it was first introduced. He informed me that it was T6 3C. This seems about right for the newer released flashlights. I noticed that Sunwayman has also released a C20C neutral T6 3C.
The new Nitecore EC25 also comes with T6 3C.
T6 3C really has a good tint. I have them in my Shadow TC6 and my DIY Stainless Steel 26650 light. It is nowhere as dim as regular neutral or warm tints. I stacked some from Fasttechs sales.
after playing with this light for 3 days - this is a keeper for my collection. great neutral tint with a modest amount of throw and useable spill, runs on eneloops and aa’s, small form factor (I love short, stubby lights like the King, TM11 etc. they just feel better and are more fun to me), good electronic switch.
my only gripe is that there is no mode around 10 lumens, but this really isnt that bad. I edc a keychain light with a micro mode.
Just ordered one from HKe, curious about comparing it to my Maelstrom X-10.
I had planned to make the Zebralight SC52 my next purchase, but the groupbuy might take a while as there seems to be a shortage of them, and how could I pass up a nice light like this for $59!?
Why not give the little lady another chance too look at my newest find and just shake her head?
