Y yo que vivo en Sudamérica no tengo opción mas que comprar linternas por internet de china, los vendedores chinos ofrecen por mucho la mejor ganga, nadie mas puede ofrecer envió gratis a destinos mundiales. Yes without this site i would not have enjoyed myself like i am now......i had a member ask me why my posts on cpf have gone to nil....and i told him the truth its all the other snobish members there that think they know it all. Some dont even try to be helpful but would rather cut you down......
Please let's help each other here to not end up like that!
Actually, he'd like everything that encourages the use of flashlights banned.
He really didn't enjoy having bright lights shone at him. This was on one of the few occasions it didn't rain last week.
The red squirrel is pretty endangered in the UK, 100 or so years ago someone introduced American grey squirrels which carry squirrel pox which is harmless to them, but fatal to reds. Aberdeenshire Council is spending quite a bit of money on feeding contraceptives to grey squirrels!

Though my English teacher would have gone nuts at "to not end" instead of "not to end". Split infinitives really annoyed him. Can't say I even noticed....
Or cared once I'd noticed.
Thats one thing i like about this site so far, everyone gets a long. Theres a lot of info here so far and im sure that theres going to be plenty more.
Well thank you all for your kind words, it's a pleasure to have you here even if I do occasionally split my infinitives. There, I think I did it again! "Do" goes together with "split" I believe. 0:)
BLF will never be like cpf because the core group of guys here are just as knowledgeable but a whole lot nicer than the cpf guys. I can actually see BLF being just as big or even bigger that cpf in the near future. :crown:
