It’s literally impossible to place an order with or without coupon code, it’s a waste of time…
Meh, my cart was 100$ with that registered mail thingy, got my coupon through, it cart showed 50.01$ total, when I went to PayPal checkout, which came through only on 3rd attempt, it showed me 99.99$!

DX sucks. customer service cant read english. It'll take months if ever you
need to get a refund and they keep trying to stall.
DX definitely proved that it is a scam.
After about 50 minutes of trying to access my shopping cart I made it, but now I can’t remove “BULKRATE” from the cart!!!
and the grand total is 101,69$ ???
NO way to remove that, coupon field is inaccessible!

I was finally able to go to Paypal and pay those 50$ when Paypal told me theres an error and go back to merchant, I clicked go back to merchant and DX DELETED MY ORDER!
Now, when I apply the same coupon DX tells me that I have already used my coupon!
Needless to say that there are no orders in oder list and theres not customer service rep to get in touch with!

for me was waaaaaaaaste of time
just have to open up lots of windows and keep refreshing each one

I think I saw every possible error message during the process.
First I got some "normal" 500-errors:

..BUT then, after about 50 minutes of refreshing of multiple pages, I got this! :party: :party:
..and even the payment went well:
=> Three days of trying and finally a Great Success!! 
This must be the Chinese way of stress testing their servers.
They promise 50% off and only give the discount to five lucky people.

This has been my small way of getting back at dx for all the horrific customer service they’ve given me in the past. Besides, work has had me tied to a computer this entire week, so it helps get out all the frustration. I win… every day I play. :bigsmile:
