Describe your Wallbuys Xmas Sale Buying Experience Here

Since Wallbuys.com is fairly new to all of us, I thought it would be fair and constructive to rate our experience with their recent Christmas “crazy promotions” sale.

Please limit your responses to the Christmas Sale only. Both realtime and reservation orders apply.

This is NOT the place to criticize or praise the merchant. I’ll leave that for others to do on different threads.

This is an attempt to be fair and objective to all concerned. The facts should speak for themselves.

Satisfied with overall buying experience: (yes or no) YES To be fair, it was a 50% off Xmas sale that may have overwhelmed their staff. 24 days is NOT the longest wait I’ve experienced. But I have real questions about how honest the communication has been during the course of this transaction, including the questionable thread posts on this forum. Overall, though, based upon my experience, I’d give it an “average” rating compared to other Chinese merchants.

I wish I could “Please only post responses to original questions,” but I had a cart full of stuff and couldn’t check out . . .

My order shipped on December 28, but today, January 6, the tracking number still says that it is in Hong Kong.

Thanks for the reply Brad. If you could answer all the questions it would be appreciated. At the end of this I plan to tally everyone’s answers.

The facts are the same for all.
It was hard to order due to traffic, but everyone who tried really hard got some orders through. All orders were sent last year( except the one item which they don’t send) but most doesn’t yet appear in tracking.

I got one order which is already shipped, tracking shows that it has left Hong Kong on 4th or so.

And all in all it was a big fun for me and it will be more fun when we get our toys.

I really think this is the only fair way of rating a new merchant…C’mon guys!

My order from December 25th, just before the x-mas sale started was received on last Saturday… about 9 days

My next order came in yesterday, that`s 10days from ordering…… 7 days shipping!

Well I still can’t track my order. I sent them an email only to get a non-professional response email back.

What shipping did you use?

I can’t track my order either, they sent an email saying that the small sun 5599 was OOS and they shipped everything else + that they would refund the 5599 but I haven’t gotten a response yet and my tracking # isn’t working.

Hopefully everything gets sorted out soon, I’ll try re-sending the email by tomorrow if I don’t get a response; Nothing’s happened in PP either, still full amount charged.

I have the feeling that they still haven’t shipped anything yet :/.

i fully expected to not be able to get an order through all the traffic , and i did that. i fully expected they would have trouble filling orders…they’ve done that. i fully expected a delay in shipping…they have done that. and i fully expected it would take the normal 3 weeks or more to get my stuff…so far so good, ALL expectations met.
