i fully expected to not be able to get an order through all the traffic , and i did that. i fully expected they would have trouble filling orders…they’ve done that. i fully expected a delay in shipping…they have done that. and i fully expected it would take the normal 3 weeks or more to get my stuff…so far so good, ALL expectations met.

Scruffy, your tracking number works if you go to a tracking site and load it in? And not only that but it worked just 3 days after they say they shipped? Wow! I wonder why the rest of us can’t see any tracking info 9 days later? :~

Mine left china on the 3rd according to the info given with the tracking number, lets see how long it will take.

Well, until now i have been tracking it only via TrackChecker (an android app), HK post shows the same info when using their page, but I couldn’t make it work on the tracking site karen suggested.

My order has been sitting in China for 11 days.

Well, on mine the tracking says it departed hong kong on the 9th...

Have been told by Cherry to wait until friday to get tracking info at HK post, hkmmmm…. :~
While on the other hand shippment sent 12/21/2012 seems to already reached my post office. :slight_smile:

Same as everybody else — USPS says ” Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. ”

your order exists in the future and will not arrive until you travel in time

I had a really bad feeling when I heard you were doing this ...I'm pretty sure I'd be pming them about it and getting refunded some or all of it ...seems as if this was their mistake not DHLs...I'd assume DHL has really good records as to when they recieved and delivered you package

I’m honestly shocked that anyone is going to buy from them next time around with this level of service.

Sure it is sold as cheap but if you never receive the item it is actually very expensive.

1 order is arrived in my country, customs are playing with it.
The two others are arrived on hk post today.
So the other orders should be trackable today too.

I wait sometimes 1 week for a DX order until they ship it, so there’s nothing special about this. You have to think about Christmas, holidays and new year.

Nothing to cry about. Everything is fine.

My first order is out for delivery, will post experience right after delivery.
