Ordered December 25, shipped December 29, and tracking shows it’s currently in Chicago so it should be here very shortly.
No complaints from me and I’m going to put another order in during their new year sale.
Just got item sent 21th December and two trackings from 31th Dec. showed up at HK Post.
So far everything is good. It’s only delayed because of NY hollidays.
Your order is in Chicago already?? Wow! Now that was fast! I can finally see an update on the HKP site and it was just posted as processed today and still in HK obviously.

Yeah, I was surprised to see that. It compares pretty favorably with my experiences with other companies in China. I’m impressed, especially considering the volume of orders they must have had. Hope everyone gets their orders soon!
I’m just amazed because the rest of us are still looking at ours just now being processed in HK and yours is already in Chicago. You got real lucky with your order.

My order from the 25th shipped on the 29th, and arrived in Hong Kong today, the 8th.
My other order which was shipped on the 28th and arrived in HK on the 31st, is still in Hong Kong.
Tracking finally updated to acceptance HKP 1/8/13 - probably be delivered in around 10 days.
Ok I will describe my Wallbuys Christmas buying experience.
I think they suck. And that is being polite. I rate them about as bad as Dino-Defect.
After all this time and not being able to track my order I find this today under my order at their website.

Original post updated. Finally, my tracking number shows up on the USPS tracking site. The first one. It shows “acceptance” 9 days after it was supposedly “shipped.” Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. We’ll see.

I have NEVER been able to track anything via the tracking numbers ANY Chinese vendor gave me. I don’t even bother to look at the tracking info.
Very few of us have received our orders so until they start coming in, we don’t know if we are pleased or not.
It’s never worked for me, either. Like I said, my order is stopped off in Chicago but the only reason I know that is from putting the tracking number into the USPS tracking form. The Chinese tracking never did show much of anything.
I got an update from cherry, they refunded my 5599 small sun and said they were ‘looking into’ the tracking number issue. I don’t know if that means the order was or was not shipped.
I haven’t yet seen the refund in my card but PP said it was there, sometimes it takes 2 or three days for changes on my card to appear from PP.
+1, I got an email from Cherry about my sku 5599 small sun, and they immediately refunded me.
+1, I never even bother to check my tracking no’s as they rarely ever work. I just keep note of order dates, ship dates and arrival dates (if they arrive knock on wood)
Other than that, mine have been shipped and I’ll report back here when it all arrives!
I’m with you on this. I would rather pay full price to get a good service. Wow they did a 50% off sale, it doesn’t mean if their prices ate half their services should be half.
