Ok I will describe my Wallbuys Christmas buying experience.

I think they suck. And that is being polite. I rate them about as bad as Dino-Defect.

After all this time and not being able to track my order I find this today under my order at their website.

Original post updated. Finally, my tracking number shows up on the USPS tracking site. The first one. It shows “acceptance” 9 days after it was supposedly “shipped.” Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. We’ll see.

I have NEVER been able to track anything via the tracking numbers ANY Chinese vendor gave me. I don’t even bother to look at the tracking info.

Very few of us have received our orders so until they start coming in, we don’t know if we are pleased or not.

It’s never worked for me, either. Like I said, my order is stopped off in Chicago but the only reason I know that is from putting the tracking number into the USPS tracking form. The Chinese tracking never did show much of anything.

I got an update from cherry, they refunded my 5599 small sun and said they were ‘looking into’ the tracking number issue. I don’t know if that means the order was or was not shipped.

I haven’t yet seen the refund in my card but PP said it was there, sometimes it takes 2 or three days for changes on my card to appear from PP.

+1, I got an email from Cherry about my sku 5599 small sun, and they immediately refunded me.

+1, I never even bother to check my tracking no’s as they rarely ever work. I just keep note of order dates, ship dates and arrival dates (if they arrive knock on wood)

Other than that, mine have been shipped and I’ll report back here when it all arrives!

I’m with you on this. I would rather pay full price to get a good service. Wow they did a 50% off sale, it doesn’t mean if their prices ate half their services should be half.

Common guys. Take into account this is new shop (not like DD), they are still learning and setting things up.

Next it was delay during NY hollidays they also had few days off. For comparation here was tracking RA3xxxx86CN from DX sent out 26th Dec. and it left HK on 3rd Jan. So it is DX so much better?! It was Christmass and NY rush that made additional delay.

Yesterday got shippmet from Wallbuys which was sent 21th Dec. Item as described and working. Also tracking worked but showed very late 3rd Jan and yesterday I could see it reached my post office.

Just relax, wait and see……

Of course I’m not happy with all aspects of their business (specialy with latest price change), but if you spit on them, they won’t do us any favor in the future.

Well they said my order was shipped on Dec 31. If that is truly the case, why is it still in Hong Kong?

That’s deceiving their customer. If they lie to me once, they will lie to me again. But they won’t get another chance to do that.

Mine is already in Spain according to the tracking info, another order I placed days bfore at DX now says some items are not in stock…

This is a bit like playing the lottery, but I have had many problems with DX compared to others, even DD has worked better in my experience.

It might possibly mean that they packed everything, and brought it to the post office, while the post office had a few holidays, and probably a lot got stacked up, and they started to get through there pile which took a bit longer than normal.

Just my assumption!
I received 2 orders from them, 1 was 25th but before Christmas sales arrived in about 10 days, other was Christmas sale order, arrived 1 day later,
Since shipping date, 28th it took 7 days to get to my door!
That’s fast in my books, but I must admit that my other orders have been shipped on the 30th and only got a working tracking number from the 8th, not a biggie for me.

In contrast,my DX order, from the 25th hasn’t even been shipped yet!

I have just received mine, everything was ok, and the packaging was good enough.

Mine came today, fifteen days from the Christmas order. Extremely pleased.

Mine arrived today, very nice. Packed in bubble wrap and covered with yellow tape, I would like to buy some of that, too.
And if my two other orders would take 5 weeks(looks more like 5 days, now) more I would not be sad. This is no issue for me, I have often waited for Chinese packages very long. Almost every not tracked DX order takes more than 40 days for me…

But customer service is crap. And if you compare it to fasttech it’s absolutely super crap. They aren’t able to understand the whole thing, you have to talk 10 times to them to get one thing done.
Perhaps language barrier.

Well my %50 off order had an attempted delivery on the 12th. Guess nobody was home.

Fast enough for me over two holidays. I live in Maryland btw.

My order didn’t show shipped until Jan 11th. That was after I complained and emailed your company. I’m afraid to go try and track it thinking it may still be in Hong Kong.

My tracking showed it in Hong Kong up until it had a missed delivery in MD
