my first order was extremly fast (a little mit more than 2 weeks). My last order doesn't arrived until now (ordered 22. Feb). First they told me, it was send with HongKong Post, but there was a problem and they send it again with Singapore Post.
I couldn't track it again and I ask for the correct tracking number. Only one number was wrong (I get a number with a 4 at the end. They send me now the correct one, ends with a 1 - all other numbers were identical - I think a human typing error). It leave the country on 25. March.
Yep. Ordered 14, shipped 16 feb (from bestinone) and still haven't arrived. HK Post traking service show "Departed". Will wait, have no other thing to do :~
I will probably escalate my PayPal dispute to a claim around April 20th. I hope someday my knife will come. I hope Discovery Bargain doesn't ruin my April 20th.
Whatever inventory/backend system they have seems to be sort of broken. I just checked and it I got the exact same email twice for my first order and then the same email five(!) times for the second order. This is merely speculation but if I had to hazard a guess I'd say that their system sends an email everytime someone messes with an order.
In any case, I'm with brted. You can always close a PP dispute, no harm, no foul.
Looks like classic bait-and-switch to me. I sent DB a message through PayPal about this apparent fraud. BTW, earlier they wanted $1.70 for tracking to "resend" an EL01B, but now it looks like they really intended to send me an L01. I asked them to explain themselves.
They used to list the EL01 with the correct photos; I just recently noticed the picture difference. Looks like a plain goof-up to me. Wrong pictures/descriptions are common on other sites, too. I just recently emailed Focalprice to clarify a similar issue, and they are generally very good. Always need to be on your toes with these budget dealers.
I've bought goods from this web about five times, good seller. But for EL01, the description about color on their web is wrong,there's only one color silver offered on the web.
I emailed them a week ago or so and they advised their issues were due to a DDOS attack. I haven't been able to access their website these past few days either.
