SinkPad state ~385W/m.k however a more reasonable number is 20-50W/m.K which is the thermal conductivity of solder. The huge gain comes from the lack of a dielectric: this means the LED is connected directly via solder to the copper core.
A normal MCPCB is around4W/m.K.
The 4% is just the Paypal fees once this GB is done ill try to haggle with them to get cheap 16mm boards……………….will see

Thanks scaru, do you happen to know if the PCB from Ledtech used in that test has the solder pads counter sunk ( like the ones being offered here) or are they raised to the height of the solder mask?
