Overall OK, the prices made up for the shipping goofs.

Received my second package yesterday.

Nothing weird to wait 19 days for a package from China. Sent on December 30.
Wallbuys have no control over working tracking numbers or not.
I’m very satisfied with them.
Still waiting for 2 packages.1 Christmas and 1 new years

Got my UF-T20 and Fenix LD22 today.

Both immaculate! And both are gorgeous!

I LOVE the UF-T20. First thing I did was tear it apart and put a NW xpg2 into it. Nice tint and throws like a boss now!!

I got my order in today! It was shipped on the 01/10/13 and got here on the 18th, not really that bad to be honest (Tracking # worked but I had to bug them around the 8th before it was shipped/worked on the 10th). Packaging was OK but not great; It consisted of all the products jammed together wrapped in a layer of bubble-wrap and covered in tape, most of all I was disappointed in how my Xtar 18700’s were shipped.

They were wrapped in paper together (All three of them) and covered in tape, sandwiched between the boxes without any real protection within the cocoon of tape that everything else was kept in. Some of the boxes (Sunyman R20A, i4 charger) had some noticeable dents in them from the lack of additional packaging although the goods appear to be fine.

The color of my R10A did also appear to be incorrect, it is a silver rather than tan but I’m thinking that’s more manufacturer/image related since some appear to be silver some tan; mine is silver so I’d just assume they all are.

Overall I’d give them a 3.38/5 and while they seem to be legitimate (So I may order again) there are some concerns that I have with them that if addressed would ease my concerns buying from them. There are worse company’s and I did get (for the most part) what I wanted at a great price during the 50% off promo (I do give them props for doing that since most of the orders seem legit) but I have some reservations about packaging and CS/shipping speeds If I was to have paid a comparable amount to some retailers.

They seem good; I’ve ordered from many Chinese company’s and not seen packages for well around a month+ so even though there were some communication errors and some packaging concerns I still received it faster and in better shape than many. If they continue to improve then I might give out more recommendations but as of now I do have some reservations.

Original post updated. I’d give Wallbuys an “average” rating based upon my overall experience.

So far I’m happy. They had a rough start, that’s for sure. I personally think they don’t deserve all of the flak they are getting, considering what I believe was an inundation of orders right around Christmas. Other than a few mix-ups with shipping, they seem to have delivered everything everyone ordered. They are also responding to complaints it seems.
I give them a B+. I’ve only received one order so far, but it was exactly what I ordered, and it arrived in 20 days with New Years in between (easily comparable to DX).

Now they want our advise on flashlight products to list. This isn’t a fly-by-night operation, they want to succeed. If I know the BLF crowd, constructive advise is something we can definitely provide.

I could of placed an order 2 weeks after your Christmas sale with FastTech and I probably would have had it about by now. You need to follow in their footsteps.

I can’t recommend your company to anyone unless they love super slow service.

Just got my Fenix HL21 I ordered during the Christmas sale. Packed with some foam pieces inside and envelope with lots of tape. Everything is in good shape and works well. My tracking info had 4 steps on USPS - Accepted in HK, processed through HK, arrival at destination unit, and delivered. Thanks for the promotion Wallbuys. I would have never tried this light otherwise.

i’ve received both my orders now!

unfortunately one got stuck at customs, and i had to pay some extra tax for it, another $35 for my $97,5 order :frowning:
My $133 order rrived without any trouble though :smiley:

after some trouble with tracking, and some waiting, i’m at last very pleased with this!
without this crazy promotion, i wouldn’t own neither a small sun zy-t13, a sunwayman r20a + r01a, nor a xm-l xeno 03. also i’ve got two nice chargers (i4 + wp2 II), some batteries, and other nice lights!
for the price i paid, i’m very happy!

Finally got my order to day. One month later. Merry Christmas.
Wallbuys done very well on the packaging.
Nice lux meter for the price I paid.
The one thing that was a big surprise was the Olight i3 EOS that I gave $10.16 for.
The light I received was the Olight i3s EOS like this one.
This light is a little nicer than my upgrade i3 EOS 3modes. It uses the new XP-G2 emitter. It came in a nice black Olight box with a battery and extra orings like this one.
It has 4 modes starts in med and goes to high then a moonlight mode. This Moonlight mode is very nice for those times when you need just enough light to see by. Now here’s the best part, the strobe mode is hidden from regular operation. You have to cycle through med, low, and high twice within a few seconds and it will switch to strobe. Once you switch modes again or turn the light off strobe is gone until you cycle the modes twice again. Very well thought out UI. Nice light and I love my Christmas present.
The only compliant I have is it takes too long to receive the items. If Wallbuys could improve on the shipping times I would not have a compliant. Thanks for the sale Wallbuys. :slight_smile:

I’m still waiting for my Small Sun ZY-T13 and 3 XTAR 18650 batteries, 2 separate orders and no tracking. I PMed wallbuys and the best they can do is give me a refund. I have a feeling they didn’t ship out all the orders to save money. What a waste of time!

If the orders were over 15$ it gets free tracking, below you can add tracking seperately for 1.5$, if you haven’t done this you cant blame someone else.
For me a refund is more than fine, it could be that you have scammed them and want products for free. This is just goodwill from them.
Take the refund and never order again.

Have you checked your address, post office and so on?

I have been working with Cherry, they say they shipped it January 1, but I have never seen it. It was only $9.95, but I would liked to have had it. Anyways, they said they would refund the money if I did not receive it by the 28th of Feb., so we will see…

They are used to make things more complicated than they should be.
Not sure why they do it.
I am still waiting on some dollars refund, first they said that I get a refund than they said I get a gift card then they said I can order something through mail and get the money discounted from them. Very complicated and without result so far.

I am a very patient so we wil see if someday they finally refund me some bucks.

Got refunds after I filed Disputes with Paypal.
