For those that missed it, i’ve updated my post above showing the response from Nitecore re my suggestion of price fixing.
I have to say the response isn’t particularly reassuring - they seem to think they have little choice but to push back. I’ve tried to explain why such a decision isn’t always in their interests, but it’s not clear to me whether they quite get it. It’s really quite remarkable what she has said - in the sense of how brazen it was. What was also interesting is that Fasttech chose to publish her words. If Fasttech is reading this: good luck.
Same here woody, this is my first order at fast tech, I’ve even raised a service ticket, no reply so far, so much for fast tech fast service. This sucks. They better fulfill my order.
A reply would have been nice.
I placed an order from fasttech on the 17. (not EA4). Did not ship before 22.
They have also managed to not respond to me when they said they would.
So they can still improve. Not always that fast.
Both DX and wallbuys were faster on my last orders…
I think many people have a bit high expectations… Like I had…
