FastTech has already earned my respect and a 5/5 rating.
I have placed 5 orders in the last 20 days, 2 of them already arrived within 10-12 days.
Communication, when necessary was fast and effective.
Prices are great and on top of that we have a 5% discount with various coupons.
Selection is getting greater and greater.
They seem to have real stock unlike other Chinese suppliers where my orders are shipped days or even weeks after payment!!
If FastTech continues this great service and offerings, DX, DD and some other suppliers will be removed from my bookmarks…
Exellent i give them 11 out of 10 i have allready made over 10 orders with them with very very fast delivery everywhere else even MF to slow i bought a kD c8 u3 2 weeks ago & today i get a message that it shipped today that is very poor
Now i will wait another 3+ weeks untill it arrives :_( oh well get used to it???
Purchased 4 Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mah batteries on 1-11-13 and received them on 1-22-13. Yesterday was a holiday. So that’s like 10 days. That is still awesome right there.
It's all relative - got about a dozen orders w/FastTech. Sure I've had a couple of issues, none as serious as what I've had with other vendors in a lot less orders then FastTech and FastTech made good on the issues I've had. Are there any perfect vendors out there? Maybe you'll find better, but they don't have the selection and prices of FastTech. I've never seen any vendor as responsive - anywhere.

2/5 for after sales service from me, the purchasing and shipping experience was great, however let down by trying to deal with them regarding returning a non genuine product they sent.
I've placed 3 orders so far ($272 total) and all orders were shipped very quickly (customs in the US was the only holdup). Tracking the items was made very easy via the FastTech website.
On one of my orders, there was a problem with one flashlight (DOA). I returned the item without any problems. FastTech refunded my shipping and sent a new flashlight very quickly.
I highly recommend FastTech! I'll probably be ordering from them again very soon.
Ordered some Panasonic batteries from them today. I didn’t see a place to enter the BLF coupon. Where do you use it? I saw a thing for a gift card, but BLF didn’t do anything there.
Just placed my second order, first order arrived here to the UK in just under 2 weeks.
Great communication from them, was informed there would be a few days delay on the one light I ordered.

A few days ago I responded to the feedback inquiry from FastTech in regards to an order I placed at the end of January. I went ahead and commented on the delay in processing and shipping (it was 4 days so not that bad) and that it seemed to ship after I sent an email asking about the status of the order. They asked for my feedback so why not? Well.. they've already responded and here it is:

I have personally read your feedback and I am concerned about the order processing issue you wrote about.
Sorry about the wait, we usually ship the orders with 2 business days, but Chinese New Year was approaching that time, some items were out of stock because most factories were ahead of holiday, so we had to seek for alternative sources of supply.
We will pay more attention on this problem to improve the order processing time.
