My Wallbuys experience, just the facts, no emotion.

My Xmas package arrived well and the 6 trackable New Year Sales (10. Jan) packages, too. Now I wait only for the not trackable packages (3 are on the way).

For everyone who ant to buy a Uniquefire C108S - you should do it only, if some inperfections in the color on the body would be ok for you. I ordered 4 (color is dark grey) and all have light grey dots on it (diameter 0,5cm) and patternmarks on the head are not consistent.

I made an order in the Christmas sale 27th December, by reservation, (Nitecore T2 & T5). Very cheap, and arrived on 15th, so pretty good (apart from the lights, which are average - not Wallbuy’s fault).

I messed up the January sale - ordered a HL21, and a day later saw that the diffusers were also available (I didn’t know that the HL21 included one), so ordered two, for $2 and change. Then I emailed Cherry and asked if she would ship both orders together - tbh after all the bad comments here I didn’t think it would happen. On 31st, headlight and diffusers arrived together. Eleven days, which is excellent by any standards. I had good communications, so would use again. Only problem is that they do have rather old lights, but at these prices, what do you expect?

Ordered once, package was here in 10 days, very happy, great deals!

i will try real hard to leave the emotion out. fact-2 out of 3 uf-t20’s ordered on christmas sale arrived DOA. various problems from bad grounds to bad drivers. didn’t really care was swapping emitters and drivers anyway. fact-3 nitecore i4 chargers ordered at christmas sale- 1 out of three was DOA-emailed cherry she told me to take it to an appliance repair shop have it fixed and they would pay.fact.i said not acceptable after 9 emails of negotiation they finally refunded my money. fact. 3 small sun zy-t13 ordered on new year sale-packaged in an envelope-one was broke in half and the lens smashed. fact-ordered 3 headlamps on new year sale- 1 out of 3 had been disassembled and the pill retaining ring was missing. how did i find this-put batteries in all three, turned them on, 2 out of 3 bodies got warm , one was cold.these are the facts.

I have only ordered twice from them, Christmas and the recent reduction sale.

The Christmas one was great. The 9T6 is bright, and the $5 C8 has this awesome half OP half SMO reflector that focuses the XML U2 really tightly.

Only one order, shipping as usual, around 4 weeks, items came well packaged and exactly what I ordered.

I ordered on 18.01.

Shipment confirmation on 19.01

Tracking shows arrival in starting center on 22.01.

Order is being shipped on 26.01.

Arrived in Germany on 30.01.

Got it today, 04.02.

Nothing to complain.. at first I didnt get a tracking number but customer service took good care of that.

Thanks OP. My experience with WB was a little bitter sweet. I heard about the New Years sale from this forum but also a lot of negativity from a few members. I ended up just buying a couple T6 zoomies for dirt cheap, and not buying the nicer flashlights that I really wanted. Well the lights showed up when they were supposed to and I couldn’t be happier with them. Wished I had gotten the better ones though cuz I can’t afford them otherwise.

Hopefully they’ll get another sale like that going after their holidays are over, so I can own a decent flashlight someday. LOL

in my entire career i had placed only 1 order with wallbuys and that was during new year's promotion. 2 fenix diffusers.

received them today in the mail.

lavish very impressive packaging.

great quality products, little price paid. would buy from them again!!

problem is, most of the flashlights they sell are old flashlight models. stuff which hit the market ~1.5 yrs ago.

in RL i dont mind old girls. but FL's? must be young and fresh :p

fortunately diffusers dont age. that's timeless plastic *rap :D

I still did not get my order from wallbuys, I asked Cherry and she told me to wait 3 more days, contacted her again and she said:

“OK,and thank you so much
and I will go home from tomorrow,so if you can not receive it ,do not complaint in Paypal ,OK?
if you still receive it, I will refund the money to you in 19 Feb 2013,is that OK?
I wish you can receive it soon”

Now it is over a week and I guess 45 days of PayPal dispute time ending soon.

Should I listen her and wait until 19 Feb?

How much $ is in stake?

My Wallbuys order arrived today - total time from order date to arrival in Alberta, Canada was 16 days. That’s equal, give or take a day, to my last Fasttech order - and as of today, faster than my current International Outdoors order.

That’s as good as any. My last order from FourSevens was shipped from Atlanta the same day it was ordered, and still took 21 days.

If the 45 days of Paypal deadline comes before 19 Feb, you must file a complaint NOW. Even if it doesn’t, I would still file a complaint.

You could, I received 5 orders, all tracked.
And now still waiting for 1 without tracking number, but I wait, I know they don’t lie.
Anyway for me it was only a 10usd light.
That might make the difference with yours.

When my order didn’t show up they ask me to wait four more days and if it didn’t show up they would resend the package. It didn’t show up after 5 days. So I asked again what was going on. They told me to wait again and that they were not going to ship out a replacement like they promised they would. I filed a paypal claim. They replied to the claim by saying that they couldn’t refund the money because I started a claim. This is not true. I told them that they could so give me a refund all they had to do was hit refund. Today was the day to escalate from a dispute to a full claim. I did that and then they refunded the money.

I would not wait until after your paypal time is up. File now and protect yourself. If your package does arrive stop the claim.

I don’t know if they would have made things right without filing with paypal. They might very well have eventually refunded my money. However, after they lied about sending a replacement I wasn’t going to wait past the 45 days and I am glad I didn’t.

Ps it never did show up and I ordered mine last year and it wasn’t one of their big sale items.

I am glad that some people have had a good experience with them. However, there is no need to get snotty with people who vent their frustrations. Keep in mind that we would not be frustrated if they had treated us as valued customers.

So once again, I am glad that some people got some good deals, just remember that because you did doesn’t mean we all did.

One order, no delivery and one big headache getting my money back.
