It's not a matter of disliking. When you accumulate a few dozen flashlights and half of them have the same damn bezel, I begin to consider other possibilities. Also, my life is such that this type of activity suits me.

The Klingon strike bezel. Some of those restrict the beam into a triangle. Does the tail cap on that light have stainless on the end? That's kinda cool, no?

I didn't know Jetbeam made those....a lot of "premium" lights have stainless ends.
It depends. If you like the lens to stay in place when using the light other than shining straight up into the sky it's handy to have a bezel in most lights. 0:)

Sounds like a good way to foy-up your flashlights.. and that's a good thing! Nice mod foy. It looks so much better without those crenulations.

Vectrex - I actually like that head very much. I think it would look awesome with the right bezel. I wonder if those fins might offer real cooling benefits.

The F22 is pretty much the nicest light I've come across. I lost my one in November - so bought a new one which is somewhere between HK and me. The Yezl doesn't come with that nice lanyard - which is elasticated material - but does come with the Klingon bezel and has an XP-G R5 instead of the XP-E R2 in the F22.
The F22 is the better light IMO and I have (Will have) both.

Did you try qualityfoygoods, BestOfferFoy, or popfoying?

When I start buffing I can't stop / I was shining up some pieces to an antennea the other day and broke out the huge box of every grit imaginable sandpaper and steel wool ..I had never seen aluminum shine so brightly ...sos pad made them shine shine shine .But I keep thinking a piece of cloth and a drill guess I need to learn about rouge .. hmmm looks like they are saying chrome polish and aluminum in the same breath.. time to hunt down the chrome polish .. don't skip the sos pad if you have them .. i never use then and am excited to actually use them ..700 year old sos pads used in mesopotamina to clean clay pots and shine Bronze .
