I chucked a couple up there on my phone, clunky but doable.
The whole convoy list could go up there, based on cost vs options there’s a convoy for every job pretty much if you do li-ion.
Despite not owning an sk68 (i quickly realised, the only flood to throw I like is the Maglite) I think it perhaps should be there. I also found it hard to suggest any primary/small lights since my smallest cell lights are 18650 powered.
I would offer up the m10 in c8 size since its a much more handsome light than a c8 imo.

Best budget throw for the price: SMALL SUN ZY-T13
Only $18 at this moment and easily modified.

Hmm, do we really include special deals that only last a short time? I think something that's worth getting on the front page should be a permanent good-value-for-the-money. This thread isn't about short term deals.

If you talk about the Small Sun ZY-T13, it’s normal price is $25, I would consider this budget.
Me too, but remember that the lights will probably be up there a longer time. So pls base your choice on the standard sales prices. Otherwise people might list the PA40, EA4W or Olight i6 based on the special deals they got on those lights and getting a brand name light $20-30 cheaper really might tip the scale.
Maybe one of the DQG lights? They seemed rather popular, but I think a bit more expensive than most people would classify as a Budget light.
Getting on the list is just one part, voting for three favorites is the other part 
.
I doubt that there will be enough members voting for the Olight i6 to join the club of the best 3 budget lights.(same goes for the other lights you mentioned)

I really don’t see any light over $40 as budget tbh, I’ve not yet sprung for that on any one purchase, ok one emitters and drivers and cells are added to a host, I’m well over, but that doesn’t count, that’s a build and a different kettle of fish :bigsmile:
To me, budget is less than $30 with impressive performance for its given field - srk, yeah I see that, no argument.
