FastTech ships blazingly fast..............................

It was their CNY celebration time, try browsers like Mozilla or IE, perhaps youre using Chrome?
I had few pages not working because of Chrome.
Anyway, good luck receiving in time ;)!

I’m using Mozilla.

Orders I have placed from Fasttech and days they used to arrive:

16 - days for my last order, which arrived today.

So far I don’t have the impression that packages with tracking gets to me faster…
The three fastest packages have been smaller orders without tracking.
The slowest package arrived late since Fasttech used a couple of days, and HK was extremely slow…
Usually they are fast to ship, 1-3 days working days.

I have recognized this too, some untracked packages came so fast i couldnt believe it was here, sometimes 10 days faster than another order. I would really like to know the routes of HK post…

I made seven purchases Fasttech. All have come in less than 20 days to Spain, some came in just 12 days. I was not used to this quickly.

My last order to the UK took 10 days from ordering.
2 days ago I ordered a battery charger, it was posted the day after order was placed.
I must say despite a problem, Jasmine from f/t has been awsome in both keeping me informed and sorting things out, very fairly, the kind of service I value above prices.

My last order arrived yesterday. It took 22 days.

Yep, my order placed on the 19th still hasn’t shipped. Yesterday I opened a ticket to ask a couple questions about it. Still no response there.

PS - one of those questions was whether they could include Fujik on the BLF discounts. I don’t care if I get the discount on this order (already payed anyhow) but I think future orders should benefit from it. Don’t you agree?

UPDATE:
Received a response to my ticket today. My order is indeed waiting for another item and will be shipped promptly. Also, they suggested use of the coupon code TENOFF for the Fujik. Not sure what, if anything, else that might work for.

After reading through all the posts it has me wondering if the packages that are not tracked always get through faster. I could see how it would make sense, for something to be tracked it probably has to queue up a bunch more times: first to get the barcode with number assigned, then at each location it has to get into the line and get scanned again, whereas the other items just probably get dropped straight off the conveyor into bins that are sorted for destinations. I would think perhaps as well then items that are not tracked may also sail through customs a lot faster because generally customs knows they are lower value items and less chance to incur taxes and duties.

Today I made another fasttech order and:

3,5 hours from payment to shipment.Nice.

i have ordered dozens of items and no problems so far . Theres someone at the top at fasttech who is one smart cookie and knows customer service. Looking at the level of english skills these guys have ,I feel these guys are probably north americans of chinese origin who have open up business these . all communication probably comes from their "office" in a western country?? just my 2c theary

I agree, I've wondered if Jasmine and perhaps Kyle are in the US (at the Florida location?). They've got a good thing going!

I imagine Jasmine to be like this >

what about Melissa?

mellisa is cute too

Ordered a few things very late on 18th (UK time). Sent 20th - effectively the day after they got the order. Arrived today 26th. Pretty amazing really - my fastest shipment yet from any Chinese supplier.

Above I posted the numbers of days my FastTech packages have used from shipping to they arrived.
Today I got a my 8. package from them. It arrived in 9 DAYS! That is a personal best from a Chines supplier. It was also with tracking.

I ordered the Nitecore P25 today (February 26), so I will see how fast it gets to the east coast of the United States and let folks know.

I have now placed a few orders with them. Some seem to move out from there pretty quickly, whereas others seem to sit for awhile. My wife is happy with her golden Sky Ray King so I ordered another last week for my son.

The BLF 5% off is a good incentive, and their prices on Nitecore are better than anything I have found…

The order last week for my son’s King has no tracking update for a few days.

This is an interesting thread and I like that people update it. Thanks!

At the moment I have to muck around to get the discount. They want send me a credit to my paypal account. We will see.
Anybody else this experience? or I am just to stupid to apply this discount at the right time and right place during the order process?

Thanks from NZ

Days my fasttech packages have use to arrived from the day I ordered.
