IS Promotions: Rayus C01 / PT10 Series Intro [8/28]

USPS First Class International shipping for the Terminator to Canada is $15
TM26 Combo can only be sent via Priority International shipping due to weight and is $37.90

We’ve decided to upgrade all international shipping to 3-day DHL at no additional cost for our international customers.

Awesome! Stop making it an even easier decision!

Lately we’ve been paying too much attention to the TM26 and EA4L2, so as a result we now have a discount on the rest of the Nitecore products we carry, simply use coupon code NitecoreALL during checkout for your special discount

Status Update: BlackShadow Terminator U3 is back in stock. We have also received another small shipment of SC52s and will be working on the backorders throughout the day.

Have you tried entering in the coupon code and viewing the price? I thought it was around that range. We’re also an authorized dealer

If I’m not mistaken, I had to jump through a few annoying hoops (entering my info, going through a couple screens…) before I was finally able to plug in a coupon code so I could A) figure out the percent value of the coupon code and B) figure out the price of my items with the coupon code applied.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
Nevertheless, IlluminationSupply’s service is top-notch. I’m just being picky, really, when I wish that theirs was easy like Ftech, where anyone can just plug in a coupon code directly from the shopping cart…without having to enter information etc.

Unfortunately that is part of the limitations of our particular web store software and of being an authorized dealer. We are not allowed to publicly state the values of our coupon codes if it breaks MAP and causes other retailers to complain to the manufacturer. While we may have the ability to list lower, we do so at the risk of alienating manufacturers and other retailers alike.

It is simply not possible for us to have a price war with Fasttech, nor are we willing to have one. It would be a war of attrition that China would undoubtedly win.

Discussion of a competitor's pricing in a vendor's thread is very poor form.

I would pay a few $$$ more to receive the kind of customer service that I.S. provides.

I thought it was just me, that thought those posts were not proper.
I’m glad to hear you say that Chicago.

I’m also glad to see Calvin take the high road and respond with a definitive ‘not interested’ to the price war comment.

Thank you for the explanation, CalvinIS.

No offense taken cateyes  If there is a lower price out there everyone is indeed free to choose another vendor. It’s your hard earned money and though we would like you to buy from us, if you can get a better deal you should. Illumination Supply doesn’t just simply retail common products, but also carries some unique items and hopes the ease of transaction and customer service brings customers to our store. As always, thanks to everyone at BLF for their support.

What a nice price for Niteye B20 (bike light) I thought,

I went through the trouble of registering -> add to my cart but wait, waaaaiit and BOOM,

shipping cost just killed this deal in spot, like, one bullet and it's dead, gone...

Too bad.

Apologies, USPS has raised international shipping costs and the price you see is pretty much the price we pay. We don’t really make money of shipping and handling.

No need to apologise, it's not your fault...

It's still a good deal for US citizens.

Yes we are going to be stocking them. Zebralight estimates a shipping date of March 22 but I wouldn’t hold my breath based on the SC52 shipping speeds.
