If I’m not mistaken, I had to jump through a few annoying hoops (entering my info, going through a couple screens…) before I was finally able to plug in a coupon code so I could A) figure out the percent value of the coupon code and B) figure out the price of my items with the coupon code applied.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Nevertheless, IlluminationSupply’s service is top-notch. I’m just being picky, really, when I wish that theirs was easy like Ftech, where anyone can just plug in a coupon code directly from the shopping cart…without having to enter information etc.
Unfortunately that is part of the limitations of our particular web store software and of being an authorized dealer. We are not allowed to publicly state the values of our coupon codes if it breaks MAP and causes other retailers to complain to the manufacturer. While we may have the ability to list lower, we do so at the risk of alienating manufacturers and other retailers alike.
It is simply not possible for us to have a price war with Fasttech, nor are we willing to have one. It would be a war of attrition that China would undoubtedly win.
No offense taken cateyes If there is a lower price out there everyone is indeed free to choose another vendor. It’s your hard earned money and though we would like you to buy from us, if you can get a better deal you should. Illumination Supply doesn’t just simply retail common products, but also carries some unique items and hopes the ease of transaction and customer service brings customers to our store. As always, thanks to everyone at BLF for their support.
Apologies, USPS has raised international shipping costs and the price you see is pretty much the price we pay. We don’t really make money of shipping and handling.
We’ve recently just finished the long list of backorders and received a big shipment of these little guys. Because of the huge wait time, we have decided to extend the introductory promotion and offer 15% off. Simply enter discount code “SC52Restock” after choosing your shipping speed.
