I have never seeen this one before. Slightly bigger than a TR-801, with side clickie and stainless both ends, SMO reflector. Could this be a hoist for a XM-L?
Well that's strange, I thought the TK-737 was supposed to be compatible out of the box with 18650? That's what it claims on most of the product pages on most sites with the exception of Priceangels.com
No rain for a week - lovely sunny days, but the peak temperature today was 14C (57F). Currently 8C (46F). No wind worth noticing either. It's been a lovely week - especially as there were two public holidays, Monday (Which I sorta, kinda worked) and today for a wedding of a junior royal - first royal wedding that we got a holiday for since 1981. Gave that the body-swerve completely - I've not consumed any media at all today. Instead I played with the assistant in the sun.
Monday coming is also a public holiday but I'm working Sunday and Monday. Or at least, I'll be present at work on Monday and deal with anything urgent. Might even tidy the office and move some furniture around there.
I have one of those. The current draw is in IMR territory - it pulls quite a bit more than 2A.
I love it. I have a review on Jayki, but it appears to be inaccessible just now. It is not a hand burner even at full power till the cell dies.
I've not even thought of modding it though an XM-L with the stock driver might be interesting though it would be pushing things even for an IMR 16340. It is a bit green and a bi ringy but I love it the way it is.
No idea I'm affraid, but I imagine it should - it looks like it makes the light the 15mm or so longer that it needs and possibly has a smaller bore to hold the 18650 reducing it's rattle.
