I hate being a jerk but here’s the email I just sent to LEDDNA which details what I have been going through the last 3 & 1/2 months.
Dammit! I just want them to respond to me. How hard is that???

Your inability to respond to my numerous inquiries is unacceptable. I have been very patient with you and ask you to respond.
To summarize:
• My order #5275, for total value of $47 placed December 1, 2012 has not been received as of March 14th, 2013.
• On December 6th, 2012, I received confirmation by email that order #5275 was shipped however no additional email was received detailing the tracking number.
• I have not received any reply to my attempts to contact you on January 17th, 25th, February 1st, March 5th on your website.
• I have not received any reply to my attempts to contact you on February 18th & 22nd by email (leddna@ymail.com).
• I am requesting you to provide me with atracking number, re-send the order if it hasn’t been sent, or refund me USD47.00, the value of my original order.
As a member of BLF & CPF (budgetlightforum.com and candlepowerforums.com) I feel it is my responsibility to inform my community the type of non-responsive behavior and dealings with your company should you decide not to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

UPDATE - 3/15/2013
Billy from LEDDNA has responded to me by email and refunded my Paypal account for my order. His excuse for not replying to me was my emails was sent to his spam folder. He also pointed out that the order was shipped and provided a tracking number. I responded to him advising him that the tracking number he provided was for a previous order and the contents of said order was not in the package. I believe this could have been an honest mistake on his part as the 2 orders were placed so close together. I have to give him the benefit of the doubt. I also advised him to get his emails in order as it will affect his sales when clients can’t reach them.

I appreciate you getting back to me and resolving this issue by refunding my Paypal account today.
The package I received on December 27th (tracking #RB961423047HK) only had the contents of my order #5273, dated 11/27/2012 (10 x XP-G R5, 16mm base) and did not include the contents of order #5275, dated 11/30/2012 (5 x XM-L U3 & 5 XP-G G2). I believe this may have been an honest mistake on your part. I also recall that the XM-L U3 was not available until January hence my inquiry regarding shipping time on your website posted January 17, 2013 as copied below.

I just refund the money to you through paypal and sorry for any inconvenience, and I attached the “Certificate of Posting of Registered Packet” to prove we shipped the item but I don’t know why you haven’t receive it, I hope you can understand we are not try to cheat you.
