Will this driver work in an X8

I have an ultrafire X8 that I picked up cheap but it’s underdriven. (host is great) I wired it direct drive to run with one 18650 and it’s still not all that great just a little brighter with a fresh battery. I’m thinking about putting in a XM-L2 U2 and this 3,000 mah driver. But I don’t know if the driver will work or not. It says it’s for a 3T6 or 5T6 flashlight. But with only 3,000mah why wouldn’t it work for a single?

it may be they mean 3a PER EMITTER.

this is a really good 3a driver

or there’s this 3.5a driver that may fit

no worries, hunt down my lck led thread for a coupon code, that 3a driver is resistor moddable as well I found out today, the threads in the recent posts, under kd driver resistor mod.
