Hi from rip off england

thanks Hopback

The first race last Sunday was GREAT!!!

We were at a kart race and had a chance to meet and talk to Jenson.
Both he and my son were on Fullerton’s and Terry was the connection.

These guys will get you to part with some cash on lights for sure, just a waning

Any chance that you can be a little less careless with the language, post 10 seems a little more than usually needed for public conversations.

lol

Was a brilliant race!! Stittville Ed, unfortunately we had pre booked engagement and missed the live action over the weekend
got to view on record later

Jensen’s nice guy by all accounts I have not met him personally myself
 congrats
Raced kart’s back myself many years ago rotax engined brings back good memories

Brad perhaps you would be good enough to enlighten us all with what’s deemed inappropriate with my post

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to Bones.

As for the language, I aim for BLF to 100% clean and family friendly. So this is a friendly request to everyone who has used mild swear words in this thread to please go back and edit them out. Thanks in advance!

It's nice of you to join us, bones!

Velcombe mi fren, Ve have wayz of making you talk.

Welcome to the forum.

You’ve got me thinking, there must be something that is cheaper in the UK than the rest of the world?

Welcome bones!

-Garry

Hi Bones and welcome. Come to Aus and l'll introduce you to pies to fix your problem.

Essex,

How about a pint of beer? Cheap or is it taxed into oblivion? Mass brew stuff is cheap here, less than $2 pint for skunk-pee. Decent brews run $4-5 for a pint. The really good craft brew stuff can go for $11-15 a bottle.

What about fish & chips? I’ll pay $11 US for a full sized dinner portion, what are UK prices in comparison??

Welcome to the fun house, Bones! You will fit right in with the rest of us crazies.

Cheers!

Johnny

You still have a wallet after being on CPF?
Amateurs. :stuck_out_tongue:

Welcome to BLF! We’ll show you how it’s done!

Taxed to hell, although cider can be got very cheap where I live, so long as you have strong guts

A normal larger in a pub is around ÂŁ4 a pint so about $6. Fish and chips sounds similar.

We could start a thread
 got me thinking there Essexman

MRsDNF is that an offer to stay at yours :stuck_out_tongue: I’m fussy over pies don’t want any rubbish now

Thanks for all the great welcome’s again everybody new that’s posted, also trying to get to grips with forum system notifications

regards B
