1xAA budget light with tailstand, modern LED, good low mode, and pocket clip?

Ah, so it’s more like “switchstanding” then?

Guys, you are incredibly generous. But my intention here was in no way to organize a gift campaign for myself…

Yet another $20 from me.

I'll join too. $20

We fully understand that. But we want to give you something nice.. :) (As "thank you" for running so great forum!)

We know .

But all of us would love to show our appreciation for your tireless efforts to keep this forum alive and well .

Just wondering.. Maybe we could buy V10R Ti instead of Ti+ and mod it with Nichia 219 (Just did that for my V10A.. Wow! What a difference in tint!)

_the_, do you want to modify it/run this yourself?

SB, would you rather have a free trip to the spa? LMAO.

If SB decides to let us thank him for his work, I will also be in.
Maybe someone that knows his address can organize this without him knowing.
It would be a honor for me to help give something back to you SB for the work you do.
Please reconsider the offer. You are not asking us for this we are gifting it to you as a way to say thank you.
Thanks for all you do.

Trustfire R5 A3 is a good classic light like you said.

I bought 6 of it over a year for my office mate and use one by myself, store in my backpack everyday. In the office, I don't really need a flashlight :D

the version is consistent so I doubt there is new lower low mode.

HD-1 is also nice look. but with XML U2, it's hard to have a really low mode.

the cheapest I can find is under Lighthound brand $25 something (not shipped) but they're out of stock.CNQ is the second cheapest shipped but again out of stock. the last one is from Hank, ready stock. that's where I got mine.

to add on your list:

Crelant V11A, Lumintop L1A, Nextorch K2.

To the contrary, I owe all of YOU a gift! Since starting BLF, I’ve learned a lot about web technology, I get to host and maintain a popular high-traffic site about my flashlight hobby, I make some money on the ads, I’m acquiring firsthand experience in my Linux / open-source software hobby, and I deal regularly with some of the most polite, thankful, and helpful people to be found anywhere on the Internet. So I’m not suffering at all by running BLF! Sincere thanks to all of you.

Sure. But that would mean some extra charges like Finnish VAT / customs.

Some modder near "The Dark" might be a better alternative?

Thanks! Nice options. Any international dealers for the Crelant V11A?

SB, no need to reconsider; OL has your address. ;)

try md-lightsource and edc+. AFAIK they ship internationally :)

else, you can look in ebay too :)

Cool, looks like eBay sellers like HKequipment have it for the normal price around $38. A bit pricey still, and I wish it had a lower “low” mode. Still a nice option, thanks for the tip.

It also looks like there are inexepensive clips that fit the Xeno E03. Again these are hard to find with cheap international shipping. and The Xeno E03 also has a low mode that isn’t terribly low. But it’s a nice option too.

 What can I say?

So, What light do you like SB? Just pick! BLF members will handle the rest
