Go for any of the Ultrafire XM-L drop-ins. The The others will produces to much heat.
The one i would chose is the Ultrafire 5 mode. The 3 mode( without flashing) is good but some have received under-driven drop-ins, They are not driven to 2.8Amps.
None off the drop-ins can take 2 18650 batteries as then are limited to max 4.2V. If you want to use 2 batteries with an extension tube, you may be better of getting the KD 1 mode Drop-in's.
For your requirements I think a single mode XM-L with OP reflector would be your best choice. This one is claims it will run up to 18V so it would meet your single or two battery requirement. I would also choose this over the others because the XM-L U2 bin is the brightest and most efficient (less heat per lumen) emitter available from a budget dealer. The benefits of an SST emitter just isn't seen unless driven to very high current then of course heat will become an issue which a P60 host just can't dissipate.
From the dropins you selected, I would recommend this http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/ultrafire-xml-t6-5mode-650lumen-memory-led-dropin-module-extra-op-reflector-42v-max-p-6260
But, but, but, I dont understand why you are so interested in a P60 host + P60 module
In my opinion, I´d go for a normal flashlight with a good screwed dropin, not P60 module.
I would buy the manafont ultrafire xml 3 mode drop in
Reasons:
I have it too, and it pulls a wicked 3.6 amps at the tailcap!
No annoying modes like strobe or sos
Not too expensive (probably half of an sst50)
Very efficient at lumens/amps
Hope you found this helpful

The manafont ultrafire three mode linked to by Mr.Administrator is one of the most popular around here with good reason. It has been tested as having more than 800 lumens out the front. That will light up the whole house. I don’t see the need for more than one battery unless you are also thinking of using the longer flashlight as a defensive tool. In that case I think that any higher voltage XML will be fine. The XML is awesome.
From one of Foy’s posts he talked about being surprised of receiving the haIII version so maybe that’s all they send if u purchase 1. As far as dropins go manafont sells a few versions of the ultrafire dropin. KD sells the later u2 version which foy reviewed to be whiter and brighter. If you’re going with the ssts you’ll probably want more heat transfer and a bigger host. It would be nice though to give an sst 50 a try but you can’t leave it on for too long. Also make sure you wrap the dropin with AL or copper foil/tape. That’s really nice of you to do a giveaway Thx
I'll vote for the Manafont XML drop-in as well. Been meaning to order one, but haven't yet (need host or battery for my 6p). Sure read a lot of good things on it.
. . . because I already have enough of the Ultra Fire T6 drop-ins. If you don't yet have that drop-in (the one evrybody is suggesting) you should do yourself a favor and get one. If you already have a few T6 drop-ins, I would absolutely go with the SST-50.
Why do I suggest that? Because I don't yet have an SST-50 and I want one badly so, if you choose me we'll both be happy.
You asked ..and everyone said the same thing ..http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/ultrafire-cree-t6-3mode-memory-led-dropin-module-42v-max-p-5178
why??
#1 no disco modes .. you have them already and who needs more lights with them ..
#2 bright as hell ..huge flood . I have lots of bright lights .. this one is WOW every time you turn it on .
#3 I wouldn't run a pair of unprotected 18650's back to back ..no matter many you have .. how's your homeowners insurance ?/ do you like your left hand ??..run a single and keep lots of spares handy ..will make a nice big light . I wish I had 60 nifty laptop batteries
Ok the clear winner is the Ultrafire T6 so I'll be ordering those. The lucky # is 13 so tbenedict PM Me an address and when it arrives, I will send it on. Thanks for the help gang.
