IS Promotions: Rayus C01 / PT10 Series Intro [8/28]

Unfortunately ZL did not send us enough to fulfill all the pre-orders, they only sent us a partial shipment.

As for the SRT series here is what I know, I would not count this as a final source yet, but they are the best to my knowledge:

SRT7 960 lumens XM-L2 MAP $110

SRT6 860 lumens XM-L(?) MAP $94.95

The SRT7 has the RGB leds while the SRT6 does not.

Well. Now I'm certainly regretting not having placed my order earlier.

I'm extremely curious about the SRT7. Will be interesting of it mimics a surefire I saw not so long ago, that also had multiple color LEDs. Hopefully these aren't super cheap and just an add on novelty, but actually bright enough to be useful.

I apologize for the delays. We thought Zebralight would have learned and ramped up production after the SC52 fiasco.

Is there something wrong with me if I go to your store and drool over things I already have? Seriously, you’re making me want to re-buy things instead of just using the items sitting right next to me.

We don't charge for window browsing/bandwidth so feel free to drool over your keyboard all you want. However, we will not be responsible for water damage caused by excessive drool. Perhaps a friend of yours needs to be brought into the light ;)

Not blaming you, rather I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to order.

How quickly did they send out a second batch of the SC52's? If it's a matter of 1-2 weeks, the new armytek will tide me over :p

Zebralight restocks have taken anywhere from a week to 2 months at the worst. Our best prediction right now is leaning towards earlier.

Our first promotion of the Spring Cleaning sale is expiring soon. EC25/EC25W coupon code "EC25"

Any new sweet deals for us

Got any suggestions?

Mine arrive today! OMFG it’s so much brighter than my SC600w

LICK FOR HIGH RES!
(sorry for the mess, have a track day tomorrow so had to charge my cams and junk)

Love love love this light. I’ll give it a try EDC’ing it but it’s quite a bit bigger than my current edc, the SK68

Can we see a comparison between the SK68, SC600 MkII and a SC52 (if you have one)

Thanks

You mean physical size, or beam shots?

I don’t own SC52, just SK68, SC600w and SC600 MKII

-Jamie M.

Size comparison would be good thanks. I see the SK68 in the background, kinda hard to compare though

Is this what you had in mind?

How low are the low modes? On the SC52 they are just ridiculous (by that I mean great :D).

I can’t get the SC600 MKII to go as low as my SC600w, but it could be a level/programming issue.

I’m using a long press to turn on into low mode, double click to cycle between low and super retarded low. Same on both flash lights, the MKII is a lot brighter on it’s lowest mode. I’m not sure if it’s cause my other SC600 is a w/warm one or not.

-Jamie M.

It’s the same on my SC600 MKii vs. SC52. The SC52 low-low is like almost invisible. More of a “glow”. Here’s a pic I just took, from right above both lights. SC52 on the right, obviously:

Yikes, that’s as low as it’ll go? You’re long pressing to turn on into low mode, then double clicking for the low low?

If that still doesn’t do it try this:
Long press to turn on into low mode.
Hold the button down and it will cycle between three modes, release the button when it gets to the dimmest setting.
Try double clicking and see if it goes dimmer. If double clicking goes brighter you were already in the lowest mode.

-Jamie M.

Jamie,

The UI’s are similar, and yes, I tried what you said (which was what I did before), and the SC600 MKii low-low is definitely not as low as the SC52s. Actually, to me, it’s more usable, but I know that some love the almost invisible SC52 low-low :).

BTW, I kind of blinded myself checking this out (always happens !
