This google cache leaves a bitter after-taste, but the price is still good. I will take a pair.

Are you sure about that?
The pair of Trustfire Flames that I got a month ago from Manafont for $10.39 test out to 2538mAh and 2508mAh @ 0.5A.
(and >2300mAh @ 3A)

When I looked at that I thought they were $12 each not a pair. Thats why I went the battery/charger deal.

Your fears aside... They aren't a better deal. And the way you said it, I could have read it at CPF.

:) hardly. CPF would not let you keep any trustSomething debate going and nobody would have said anything good for the TF.
If you think price performance well TF beats the XTAR hands down. Nobody did however assess how both do after several cycles. Also worth to mention XTAR's are visibly better made. The 18700 fature sanyo internals. That has to be good in my opinion. Generally good made cells costs way more than XTAR.

We are still short on quantity. I thought there will be more demand on proven hight quality cells. Anyone ?

I'll try to count up your votes and comments tonight. It might be close for 2600, not so for 2400. Can i made al list with names or you would rather see it anonymous.
