Yes, There is a XM-L2 U3

I don’t think they’d even make a U4…

I’m guessing the XM-L3 will come out in 2015.

Sigh. And my shocker is getting U2’s installed now…

Tom E. Did an excellent job upgrading mine w/u2 1b’s.

Output and throw is crazy now.

Mine got XM-L2 T6 3C’s put in it. Luminous Flux isn’t everything.

Heresy!!!

Flomotion, any followup?

There is now C12 XM-L2 U3:

Note: The reflector is Textured, not Smooth, giving shorter Throw.

Correction: The reflector is Smooth.

I know it says that in the description, but the photos show SMO…I just ordered one! It should be good either way!

I don’t want Textured. Beg the question, is it Textured or SMO?

Jenny Zeng replied:
“The reflector is the Smooth Aluminum reflector.”

(The Web page has not yet corrected.)

EDIT:
Now changed to:

“Reflector: Smooth Aluminum Reflector”

Ah, very good!

Haha, you can thanks me for that.

This is the light I request to be made for me, then I tell them it would interest many people. :stuck_out_tongue:

Excellent store, you can also ask for a deeper C8 reflector and 8x7135 LED Driver.

Thanks Omega_17! The emitter and it being only 3 modes are what sold me…can’t wait!!

Thanks.

Is the C8 reflector deeper than the C12 reflector?
How do I ask for the C8 reflector and 8x7135 driver?

The version with 8x7135 driver is one of the other listings on their ‘store’ pages.

Could you give the link?

I don’t have both yet but it seems to be the same but maybe some versions are different. There is also many other flashlights with bigger and deeper reflector.
You can contact them by messenger or message only if you are a aliexpress member.

8x7135 link :

Are those really XML2’s? or fake? :frowning:

Anyone got one?

XM-L2 looks genuine. U3? I have no idea, probably not.

That’s another flashlight category. Wonder why emitter bin is not specified. Thanks for the link.
