Overview: All Eneloop batteries 2005-2024

I know! :stuck_out_tongue:

For sake of pedantry, 7dayshop sell eneloops individually, so you could bulk buy small quantities sans-retail packaging.

First off buying the ones on Amazon from β€œmybatterysupplier” are certainly not fakes, can’t speak for other sellers on there, but his are the real deal and are 3rd gen…

Here’s the 4th gen from Japan;

So that is $4.12 a battery delivered or $1.42 more per battery to get 4th gens right now.

For some strange reason I want a pack of 4th gen now. >.<

I might be able to help you guys/gals out.. no promises though..!

would make it a bit cheaper than the ones you`ve mentioned...

but I don`t want to stay behind with 5 unsold packs, so Im a little hesitant to do this...

So I might open a new thread and see how much interest there is,

and I dont want get sued by paypal, if someone didnt receive his/her package..

so I only sell them on your own responsibility..

I know that most people pay with paypal to get a backup, but I`m not a kind of power seller, just helping you guys out..

I can probably sell the 8 packs AA for around $33, including sending ($5), paypal fees ($1.50), currency exchange loss ($0.5) and waste of my spare time ($20) ;)

so you basically get them almost for free ;)

Please talk about these things in my other thread to not get this thread too filled up with prices and off topic chatter

Wow very nice, batteries arrived yesterday at ISC NY in only 24 hours  I should have them late today or Monday at the latest.

My luck the batteries arrived today at my place, However I went out to lunch as I didn’t realize you had to actually sign for an Express package, don’t have to do that for Airmail just registered packages……bummer, even the online tracking doesn’t say Signature required; it does say β€œNo Authorized Recipient Available” that’s a first for me.

I called the Post Office and was told because it’s an Express package they could redeliver on Monday for me, but couldn’t give me a time-frame, or I could pick it up myself starting @ 8:30am; so rather than have to sit around all day and wait on it I’ll pick it up first thing Monday morning. Oh well at-least it is actually here, 2 days door to door from Japan for a reasonable price………I’m still happy

What’s the difference between uomo and rouge? Just names?
Are they numbered like the old glitters?

The only difference is the colours, the ROUGE are pink and white, the UOMO are black and purple.

Not sure if they are numbered, I have a few packets of each but haven’t taken them out of the packets.

eneloop related stuff

The UOMOs I have are numbered, but you still confuse them if you have more than 1 pack

Aren't they only numbered 1-4?

I don't know since the batteries are in use and I gave a bunch away to my cousin, but I found one numbered number 5...

That's interesting. I don't have any uomo batts, so can't check.

But I thought that uomo and rouge are also sold in 4`s, and are not 8 different wrappers, so I assumed they were my numbered 1-4 only.

My 4th gen eneloops arrived (thanks ChibiM)

Just quick phone pics, excuse the bad lighting.

That’s correct… 1-4 and 1-4 in both UOMO and Rogue (8 in a pack, so there’s two identical sets).

Thanks for confirming Strick9!

Hi I bought a five pack of eneloop AAAs(8,66€), because I had no AAAs rechargeables.
After charging I have done a discharge test with B6 and at 1A until 0.9V I get around 600mAh
I haven’t tested all and not multiple times but I am confused a bit…

Is this a average result? I am confused because I counted with 700mAh…

Werner, what are your actual readings?

Please do another discharge, and at 500mah or even 250, to see what you'll get.

HKJ seems to not have tested any AAA eneloops.

Capacities are based on a 0.2C discharge, after a 16 hour charge at a rate of 0.1C. Under these conditions, all the AAA Eneloops I have tested (16 in total) exceed 800mAh.

Cheers
