I will also inform the company of my dissatisaction and file a paypal dispute immediately. I will not out of my funds cover the cost of returning the item (cheap piece of junk). It would cost more than I already paid for it and it's not my error. Their policy (on the website) is to return it so we will see what happens.
Just joined the club of crappy 12-led flashlight owners. Oh well, I knew all along something was a little "wrong" with the price - I guess I just found out what it was.
Here is my history with focalprice and their sister websites (wsdeal, discoverybargain, and lazerpoint). In October and December 2010, I made two orders with wsdeal and I received what I ordered (three flashlights). Then in February and April 2011, I made two orders with discoverybargain, and both orders were royally screwed up (I ordered three knives and received two knives, neither of them the correct knives). Then in May 2011, I ordered an Ultrafire C3 for $5.52 from lazerpoint. ...And today, I received the stainless steel UF C3 from lazerpoint! Although I received the right item this time, I will think twice before ordering anything from the focalprice family. I am still fed up with the DB fiasco, and then, of course, most people did not receive the Ultrafire C3 that they ordered. If I can get the same item elsewhere at a reasonable price, I will buy elsewhere.
But what amused me (It is a being easily amused day) was that the link in their own email was to the wrong place. They'd put a link to laSerpoint.com, not laZerpoint.com.
On second thoughts, was this actually an accident....
I got an email and a full refund too. Better they manned up and did that instead of trying to pull a fast one like they did sending out those crap 12 led lights.

They have some of the exact same flashlights with almost identical photographs and descriptions. Below are five examples. (By the way, I own four of the five.)
Is one of those 4 you have the one listed in #4? I really like the looks of that light. I also noticed that #5b is $4 more than #5a. It’s odd that the descriptions for items 4 & 5 are the same but only in the pics for #5 do they show the 18650 extension at all.
Numbers 4 & 5 are Tank007 TK-737s. Notice how the one labeled silver shows a picture of a black flashlight, and vice versa. I only have the black one. Focalprice used to send nice 5-mode TK-737s, but the Focalprice family is known to send 1-mode flashlights to save themselves money, even if their flashlights are advertised as having more than one mode. You can get a 5-mode from BestOfferBuy. As far as I know, the one from BOB is great, except it doesn't tailstand like mine does. Here's the link I would use to buy a TK-737:

5/31/2011 Today I did not recieve the item that I ordered but rather an inexpensive 12 led substitute that runs on 3aa batteries. Not even close to the correct item.
I would appreciate it if you would honor your word and listing.
