three xml2s on noctigons costs north of $18. that brings final price up to about $46 now, which may turn more members off on it.
i will ask if they will be able to though and see what it would cost to get it done
Personally, if they are willing to customize this light, like use XML2's, noctigons, and drive the emitters as hard as is reasonable... I'd be willing to pay more, and up to ~$60.
I can see where that would turn away a lot of people. $30 is a drop in the bucket. $60 is something that a bit harder to swallow.

The driver doesn’t look the same as the skyray king here, it has a nice thick contact plate though.

ill see what i can do with these customizations... NW xml2, noctagon, custom engravings, AR lens, different reflector, custom driver...
but now its starting to look like a custom made light, not a good budget alternative to the king
i asked them if it was the same size driver, and they replied it uses the same driver as the old m6 (king). they dont seem to speak as fluent english as most of the retailers over there though, thats why i was going to ask for a pictures and dimensions of the driver

The only guaranteed SRK to work well every time is from CNQ, and it's not as much of a budget alternative, IIRC it's ~$54 before shipping.
