I'd recommend the Feilong at Fasttech, but they're out of stock.
I came across this earlier. No name battery, so I don't expect much. It might be the same as this cell at DX, except for about half the price. That doesn't make it good. We don't know.
There also the Trustfire 32650. From what I've seen, Trustfire flames are okay batteries with consistent quality.
Hmm, I think I can wait for FT to restock Feilong Li-Ion while toying SD10 with two AA to D converter which I have now, or Feilong LiFePo4 ?

Yup - looks exactly like the one from my SH-3AA. Worked exactly once. 
The idea of a 1xD has a lot of appeal, but I wouldn’t count on the 3xAA aspect of it for even a moment.
you could hope that hank makes the 3aa carrier from the x3 available as a seperate part, it looks well made and seems to perform well from the’s preview of the xintd x3.

6AA would be great for a MT-G2 and a Taskled Driver. Yep, I have a feeling many of my mods this fall will be MT-G2 and Taskled. They won't be cheap, but they will be bright as hell.

Wonder hoe hard it would be to make adapters for 26650 and 18650. Well I have 18650 to 26650 so I guess I would just need 26650 to 32650 and put them together.
This thing could run off everything AAA,AA,C,D,18650-32650 with the right spacers.
$59 is to me, actually a really good price for this.
